  The spiders used to be the house spiders that would roam around the lower levels of the mansion. However after exposure to the virus, they have grown 20 times larger and have poisonous properties instilled in them as well. They are code named, Web Spinners.

  Sabrina grabs her grenade launcher and loads the standard grenades into the launcher. She takes aim at the huge spider and is able to blow up the spider into pieces in two shots before it gets too close.

  Standard Grenades: 14

  When she continues down the hall, she is surprised by another spider that pops out from the other side of the T-Hallway. The spider slaps her with one of its legs and she hits the wall. After hitting the wall, she rolls out of the way when the spider tries to spit at her with its toxic spit. After the spider misses her, she is able to get up. She dives backwards as she shoots the spider with her grenade launcher killing it.

  Standard Grenade: 13

  She goes into the part of the hallway where the spider had ambushed her and finds a pickup.

  Picked up +6 Acid Rounds. Acid Rounds: 8

  However, she becomes concerned that she needs health as she is still injured badly. Finding nothing else, she heads through the metal door that leads into the storage area for the food. She sees a spider and tries to shoot it, but the spider spits her with poison. Due to the small nature of the hall, she’s unable to get out of the way.

  Condition: Poison

  “Crap this is not good, I need to find some health quickly.” She says as she realizes she is taking too much punishment.

  She is able to barely kill the spider with her grenade launcher.

  Standard Grenades: 11

  When she gets to the end of the hall, she bumps into another T-Hall. Another spider is ready to spit poison at her, but she rushes to the wall for cover. The spit hits the wall and misses Sabrina. The spider crawls up the wall and eventually gets up to the ceiling. When it gets to her, it drops down to her level and prepares to attack.

  She jumps over the spider before it can attack and uses her knife to stab it in the back. The stabbing causes the spider to begin spewing out green blood before it eventually dies. After killing the spider, she heads right on the hallway and spots a switch that activates the elevator.

  The switch is rather rusty and at first she has a hard time flipping the switch. Eventually she is able to flip it up after a bit of a struggle as she’s able to activate the elevator, now she has to find it.

  After getting out of the hallway, she finds herself in the actual kitchen where the smell is even more rancid. Inside are about three zombies that she kills using her pistol in order to converse her ammo for the powerful weapons. She begins to see that ammo is becoming sparser and enemies are becoming tougher.

  Pistol Ammo: 84

  She sees a door that she prepares to open, but when she puts her hand on the doorknob a zombie pops out. The zombie grabs her trying to bite her and kill her. However, she uses her trusty knife to stab it in the head. She runs from the zombie and begins to shoot the zombie until she kills it.

  Pistol Ammo: 78

  After killing the zombie, she heads through the door and goes up the stairs. As she reaches the top of the stairs, she sees double doors. She takes off the lock and opens the door. When she opens the door, she finds herself back in the hallway that leads to the dining room. However, there are a couple of Lizarda’s in the hallway ready to pounce on her.

  Realizing that she doesn’t have the ammo or health to take on the creatures, she runs back down to the kitchen and loses the creatures. Heading to the back of the kitchen, she spots the elevator and decides to take it not knowing where it will lead her. Not to mention she is low on health and ammo.

  Chapter 10

  As she takes the elevator, she hears the growling of zombies coming from upstairs. Pulling out her pistol, she prepares to exit the elevator with some resistance when she gets out. She decides to arm herself with the shotgun when she realizes that she can’t afford to take another hit and she begins to feel the poison even more.

  When she steps out of the elevator, she sees zombies in the hallway that go after her. She shoots the zombie that is by the blue double doors in the head with the shotgun. The zombie’s head blows off and it falls to the ground.

  Shotgun Ammo: 21

  Another zombie dives forward and grabs Sabrina’s legs. She grabs her survival knife, but drops it when she tries to use it. The knife falls to the ground and falls out of her range of grabbing it.

  “Crap, gotta get this cunt off me!” She screams when she drops her knife.

  The zombie bites her leg, luckily for her that her leather boots protect her legs giving her time to pull her pistol from her holster. After getting her pistol she shoots the zombie in the head a few times until it looses its grip from her and dies.

  Pistol Ammo: 75

  “Whew that was close! I better hope there’s some health here.” She says as she looks for anything thing to heal her.

  Once the hall is clear, she spots a few herbs.

  Picked up 2 Green Herbs and a Blue Herb.

  Sabrina uses all the herbs.

  Condition: Caution (Level 1)

  She feels better when she heals herself and heads through the blue double doors. Sabrina finds herself in the grand library and sees a zombie that she kills easily with her pistol. The zombie makes it usual growl that always seems to frighten her.

  Pistol Ammo: 70

  She heads to the back where a bookshelf divides the room and she heads to the other side. Spotting a zombie on the floor, she carefully pulls out her shotgun in case it turns out to be a crimson face. However it turns out to be a servant that has been eaten up instead. There is a scrapbook on the table…

  “March 25, 2007

  A body of a woman is shown murdered in a small town not too far in Schenectady, New York. She has bite marks on her leg and arms. Police still have no suspects.

  April 10, 2007

  A family was killed in their home. They were killed in cold blood and a bloodshed filled home was found. The matter in which they were murdered has the police stumped. They are connecting this murder to the one that took place back in March.

  April 19, 2007

  A hiker was killed while hiking in a local park. The signature bite marks match those of the previous two murders and others in the Schenectady area. The local police believe the proximity of these murders to the Clark Family Mansion could be a trigger, but are unsure.

  May 13, 2007

  The pictures of the both the Alpha and Bravo teams for the NYPD Special Forces who have been summoned to assist Schenectady police with these cases.”

  The scrapbook ends after that…

  After reading the scrapbook, she spots a cedar wood door that she goes through. Entering the room, she sees a reading room with even more books. As she can tell by the titles, the books are mostly historical fiction and fantasy. She sees a female statue with a button below, she presses it, and a light is exposed on a corner.

  The light has strange features in that it sheds a light in a specific corner and has a box of 14” X 14”. There is a Spartan statue that is about the same size that she pushes towards the light. Once the statue is sitting on top of the light, one of the bookcases opens up revealing a secret area.

  Sabrina enters the secret area and finds an item…

  Picked up a MO Disk. This is to be loaded on a computer, but where?

  After getting the disk, she decides to leave the small reading room. When she returns to the actual library, she sees a desk that she didn’t see before. She unlocks the desk…

  Picked up +6 Flame Rounds.

  After getting the much welcomed ammo, she leaves the library. Returning to the hallway, she sees two doors. She decides to go into the first door and looks inside. Upon entering the room, she finds some items…

  Picked up +6 Standard Grenades. Standard Grenades: 17

  Picked up a Fuse. Now I can get that elevator going in the courtyard.

  Once she grabs the fuse, she treks towards the other door to see where it leads her. It turns out to be a hallway filled with emerald green wallpaper and more zombies. There is a zombie that comes right at her and she uses her shotgun to blast off its head.

  Shotgun Ammo: 20

  After killing the zombies, she sees a couple of herbs on the floor.

  Picked up a Green and Blue herb. She mixes the herbs together.

  Up ahead, she spots a couple of zombies. She kills them easily with her pistol, once again conserving ammo for her bigger guns. When she gets to the end of the hall a door is seen with a panel. She tries to enter the passcode that she got from Thomas and the door unlocks.

  As she remembers, this door will lead her to the west staircase. When she returns to the west hallway, she is met with more Lizardas. She is surprised and is unable to dodge the initial attack from one of the creatures. She takes some good damage from the slash.

  Condition: Caution (Level 2)

  Using her shotgun, she shoots the Lizarda down and the other Lizarda comes in to try to slash her. However, she shoots the other creature down. With the Lizardas down, she keeps shooting until one of them is dead. Taking aim at the other she shoots it, but the other Lizarda jumps up dodging the shot.

  Shotgun Ammo: 16

  The Lizarda wall jumps and it attempts to slash her as it approaches her.

  Press “A” and “B” to roll… Well Done!

  She is barely able to roll out of the way and then shoots the creature in the back as it rolls. The Lizarda screams in pain as it dies.

  Shotgun Ammo: 15

  After clearing the hallway of the Lizardas, she uses the Helmet Key to unlock the door from before.

  This key is useless. Will you discard it? You have chosen yes.

  The room is a boardroom that has trophies from old hunts that the old generation of the Clark family obtained. There is a deer head on the right side of the room and a whole eagle on the other side. There is a desk that is locked and she picks it easily with her lockpick.

  Picked up +7 Shotgun Shells. Shotgun Ammo: 22

  There is also a note on the table…

  Orders from HQ

  “Mailed to our most trustworthy assistant…

  We need you to lead the NYPD Special Forces to the mansion. I have an incredible idea. Lead them to the mansion that is filled with all of our B.O.W’s. I want you to gather battle data. After all, it’ll be more fun to test our weapons on actual humans. The fun will be increased as the NYPD Special Forces are only the most talented in the force.

  As fun it will be, you need to make sure you actually gather data from them. Figure out their weaknesses, figure out the weaknesses on our B.O.W’s, and most importantly when you’re done… whack them! We can’t afford them surviving and exposing us.

  If you need to, set the self-destruct sequence in the Laboratory and make sure nothing is there that can link all this back to us.

  Make us proud…”

  The rest of the letter is torn, including the name that the letter was addressed to.

  Sabrina’s face turns pale after reading the note realizing that she’s in a rat trap.

  “Holy crap, it’s just as I thought. This is the source of all those people dying. Hybrid is running some sick experiment. Now I know there’s a mole, but who? It’s time to watch my back carefully, real carefully. It’s tough to know that I can’t trust anyone, not even Thomas and Barry.” She says to herself knowing she can’t trust everything or everyone she sees.

  She heads to the upper level of the dining room where she sees another Lizarda that jumps to her side. However, she is prepared and kills the Lizarda with a single acid round.

  Acid Rounds: 7

  Heading back to the main hallway, she decides what route she should take. Also as painful as it is, she decides to use her mixed herb to heal herself knowing it’s her only and she has no poison condition.

  Sabrina uses the Mixed Herbs.

  Condition: Caution (Level 1)

  After healing herself, she decides to take the upper path as she’s cleared most of the second floor. Heading into the Red Velvet hallway, she sees a Lizarda that jumps up. She holds her fire waiting for the creature to come down. As it comes down ready to slash her, she fires an acid round killing the creature.

  Acid Rounds: 6

  After killing the Lizarda, she hears footsteps in the hall. Rushing towards noise, she heads right into another Lizarda. The Lizarda tackles her and attempts to slash her throat. Using her grenade launcher, she blocks the claw from reaching her and is able to push the creature away.

  Once she pushes the creature away, she shoots the creature with an acid round killing it.

  Acid Rounds: 5

  “Whoa! This just became 10 times harder in just the matter of an hour or so.” She says to herself as she notices the degree of difficulty increasing.

  She heads to the east hallway and heads down to the hallway until she reaches the door leading to the courtyard. Once she gets to the courtyard, she heads through the same path that she took to get to the elevator that needed the fuse.

  Once she gets to the panel box, she sees the hole for the fuse and inserts the fuse in the panel. The elevator starts up again and she takes it down. When she gets down, she realizes that she’s back in the courtyard where she was in originally. Stumped, she begins to question the need to get the elevator up and running.

  Then she decides to think and she realizes that when she turned the water off with the crank she had heard a rush of water. She decides turn the crank the other way and the water rises back. After turning the crank, she doesn’t hear that noise anymore. Perhaps it’s the waterfall that is off.

  Taking the elevator that she just powered up, she sees the waterfall on was blocking a hole. When she heads towards the waterfall, she sees a hole with a ladder that leads down. Where will this ladder lead to?

  Chapter 11

  When she goes down the ladder, she finds herself in a cave. By the way it looks and the way the wall is designed, it was probably mined as a secret passage. It has the look of a mine, perhaps they were digging for gold or other valuable minerals. The question is what the minerals are and where does the passage lead to. There is a door to her right, but she decides to continue through the cave forward. When she reaches the end she sees something on top of a small counter.

  Picked up a First Aid Spray.

  She also spots a ditch that she can’t jump through and a hexagonal hole on the left wall. Sabrina has nothing that is hexagonal, so she turns back. Heading through the door, she sees Thomas.

  “Whoa! Hey there Sabrina, what perfect timing.” He says surprised by Sabrina’s appearance and then continues, “A moment ago I heard someone’s voice coming from this hall. Let’s go together since it’s dark and we can’t see very well.”

  Sabrina decides whether she should trust Thomas after reading the note she found…

  Will you go with Thomas? Yes or No.

  You have chosen yes.

  “Ok, lets go.” She decides to trust Thomas and go with him.

  “Great, I’m going to cover you. Let’s hurry!” He replies.

  Sabrina looks at him suspiciously and he says, “Hey what’s wrong, I can lead the way if you want.”

  Do you want Thomas to go first? Yes or No.

  You have chosen no.

  “No, never mind. Let’s go, I’m depending on you.” She decides to trust Thomas after all.

  The two of them go into another room where there is a huge ditch in the middle and a generator towards the back. Heading to the generator, she sees a couple of pickups.

  Picked up +6 Standard Grenades. Standard Rounds: 23

  Picked up +6 Acid Rounds. Acid Rounds: 11

  The two of them see an orange colored metal door that they head to. As Sabrina puts her hands on the door, a Lizarda comes into the hall and threatens them. However, Thomas uses his powerful magnum to kill the creature in only two shots. Sabrina nods at him for protecting her.

  They enter through the metal door and they continue until they see someone from the Bravo team.

  “Enrico!” Sabrina screams.

  “Is that you Sabrina? Hold it! Are you with anyone else?” He asks suspiciously while in pain from a gunshot wound. He’s wearing a black shirt along with his tactical pants while his vest is on the floor.

  “Yes she is… Enrico are you alright?” Thomas comes in to answer.

  “Why would you ask such a question?” She asks Enrico.

  Enrico is the captain of the Bravo team and has the most experience out the Special Forces. He tends to be bullish in his attitude and tends to be protective of his team members. Also he tends to be the least gullible out of the whole team.

  “Listen, the Special Forces have been setup. Someone is a traitor in the Special Forces. Hybrid had this planned from the beginning and somebody in the team is a double agent working for them. Those bastards… from Hybrid set… us… up and boy they did a good job. Especially that good… for nothing… Aghhh…” Enrico explains that the team has been setup and is shot before he could reveal any names.

  “Enrico!” Sabrina screams as he falls to the ground. Footsteps can be heard as she wonders who could have shot Enrico.

  “Traitor?” Thomas asks as he looks at Enrico’s body.

  “Who could have shot him?” She asks.

  Thomas doesn’t answer as he continues to study Enrico’s body and then says, “Listen, you go on alone, I’ll stay here and see if I can gather any clues. I’m sure the traitor must have left his mark here somewhere.”

  “Ok, wait a minute he’s holding something…” She says as she looks at what Enrico is holding.

  Picked up a Crank.

  Sabrina CHECKS the Crank and sees it has a hexagonal end to it.

  Leaving Thomas to check the body, she leaves the room and heads back to the hall where a crank was needed.

  When she returns to the hall where met Thomas, a Lizarda is there waiting for her. She easily kills the creature with an Acid Round.
