Sabrina – She is the other major playable MC in the book. She is also rather accurate with a gun if not as good as Harry. She tends to be less trustworthy and has an easier time seeing through deceit. She is very protective of her teammates and tends to keep herself within her own circle. Unlike Harry, she has better coordination. However, it comes at the price of lower endurance and she isn’t able to take as much damage before having to heal herself. Overall, she is more of a finesse person that should use her intelligence to get out of situations. She’s in her lower 20’s and sports hair of average length. She has descendents that are from Italy and Ireland.
Supporting Characters
Thomas – He is one of the senior members of the NYPD Special Forces Alpha Team. He takes his family to heart. While that is a noble cause, it leaves him open to someone devious to use that as leverage against him. His favorite weapon is his Colt Python magnum. He is often made fun of because he looks like a lumberjack with his full beard. Sporting a red vest, he is around the age of 40 or at least close to it. His descendents are from Germany with a mix of Belgian.
Rebecca – She is only 18 and a rookie member of the Bravo team. However, due to her knowledge of medicine and extremely high IQ, she got a spot on the team as the med. She is rather tough for her age, but sometimes her youth does show at inopportune times. She is not the kind of person who can take much damage in her playthroughs, so she has to be kept out of tough situations. However, she will prove useful at a certain puzzle.
Joesph – He is a member of the Bravo team in his mid 30’s. He is one of the tougher men in the brigade. Despite his toughness, he is the first member to be killed in the mansion incident as he’s killed by a dog.
Trevor – Another member of the Bravo team. Trevor was rather quiet though, although Harry remembers him as a good friend. However, he meets a terrible fate by being picked by crows. On Harry’s playthrough though, it’s found out he was infected by the Raven Hawk virus as he turns into a zombie that Harry is forced to kill.
Allen – He’s the oldest member of the Alpha team that decided to go into the mansion before the others along with some of the members of the Bravo team. He has the unfortunate fate of being eaten by a group of dogs. He is found by Harry who tears up after finding him dead.
Kenny – He is a respected member of the Bravo team that Sabrina and Harry find injured. However, he was with Rebecca and was injured by a poisonous snake. He is very protective of his teammates to the point where he would sacrifice his life to protect his teammates. Despite his efforts to save Sabrina from Yawn the Snake, he ends up being eaten by the snake.
Enrico – The senior member of the Bravo team. He is the kind of man that is hard to earn trust from. He grows suspicious that the mansion case is nothing but a front for Hybrid to kill off the NYPD Special Forces. Eventually his suspicions are proven true when he is shot by a suspicious man. Before he can reveal the name of the traitor to Sabrina he is shot by Barry again killing him for good.
Barry – He is indeed more than meets the eye. He is supposed to be the captain of the Special Forces. Sporting dark glasses the MC’s have reason to begin trusting Barry less as the journey continues. Eventually the skeletons come out as Barry reveals himself as a Hybrid employee hired to screw over the Special Forces. However, Harry finds Barry out before hand as he sees him on a projection film as a member of the research team.
Enemies:
Zombie – Whatelse? Your normal undead that come in a variety of flavors from mansion dwellers to naked zombies.
Hot Dog – The code name for the zombie dogs who can tear up a human in no time. Easier to kill than a zombie though. It’s aggressiveness makes up for the lack of endurance.
Snakes – These small snakes are easy to avoid, but they can leave quite the unpleasant poisonous surprise if they land a bite.
Web Spinners – Giant spiders that are tough to kill. They are able to tackle their victims and are able to poison their victims.
Neptune – A shark that has become 100% more aggressive due to numerous tests using the Raven Hawk Virus. One that becomes way better to run away from rather than fight.
Lizarda – A lizard that has mutated into a dangerous creature that is capable of jumping around and wall jumping. It has the ability to behead a human in one swift claw attack.
Flea Drainers – Fleas that have grown 10 to 20 times their size. They have lost their ability to fly, but make up for it with their ability to slash their victims with their newly mutated claws.
Bosses:
Yawn – This is the first boss both Harry and Sabrina meet in the mansion. The Yawn is a bio-enhanced snake that has grown 20 times bigger due to the Raven Hawk Virus. It has a venomous bite capable of poisoning its victims and it has a big enough mouth to swallow up an entire human.
Black Tiger – This is a boss exclusive to Sabrina’s story. It’s known as the king of the Web Spinner Spiders. Unlike the Web Spinners, the Black Tiger is able to make webs. It’s twice as big as a normal Web Spinner and is able to spread a poisonous spit attack that is rumored to be fatal upon contact on a human.
Lisa Alexander – She was a resident of the mansion back in the days. She is actually the sister of Barry before he turned on the family to work with Hybrid. Hybrid Corp. would make her a guinea pig. In fact, she would end up being one of Hybrid’s main projects and become completely disfigured. In her past form she was a beautiful girl, in her current form she is a disfigured mess who still has chains on her from the time she was able to escape from Hybrid. She is exclusive to Harry’s story. The only thing that will keep her in peace is seeing her mother.
Polybius – A superhuman prototype who has a claw on its right side and a huge left hand. Hybrid intended to use this a superhuman prototype, but the project failed due to Polybius being impossible to control. It was unpredictable in its actions and proved to be too dangerous for scientists to continue research. It has a deadly slash attack, good speed, and a huge left hand capable of picking up a human with no problem. It’s the final boss of the book and one that is not easily killed.
Other Characters:
Matthew Clark- The founder of the Hybrid Corporation.
Elaine Clark – The oldest sister of the Clark Family since the family started keeping records.
Herman Clark Sr. – Herman Clark’s and Anthony Clark’s grandfather.
Alice Clark – Matthew Clark’s wife.
Mr. X – The unknown superhuman creature that attacked the Alpha team when they were forced to land the chopper in the forest after running out of fuel. He would become the new official creature of the superhuman class for Hybrid replacing Polybius.

Pickups:
Weapons:
Pistol – Starting weapon for Sabrina, Harry finds a pistol in the mansion hallway. It’s your basic weapon that is good to kill zombies, but loses its usefulness as the enemies become harder and tougher. Enhanced pistol ammo can be created by Harry. Once created, these bullets do more damage killing enemies quicker.
Shotgun – The next weapon that can be found by both characters. It’s a great weapon to use at close range, but isn’t as good at close range. One shot to a zombie’s head kills it instantly. Harry is able to created enhanced shotgun ammo making the shotgun his primary weapon for most of the story.
Grenade Launcher – A powerful grenade launcher that is exclusive to Sabrina. Three different rounds can be found. They are flame, acid, and standard rounds. Effective against most enemy types, different rounds are effective against different creatures.
Magnum – A Colt Python that Harry is able to find in the cemetery. It’s a classic six-shooter that deals massive damage to regular enemies and is the best weapons against bosses.
Knife – Not a pickup as both characters start with it. Good to use in close quarters, to conserve ammo, and to get out of sticky situations.
Ammo Packs:
Pistol Clip – Gives 15 Pistol Bullets.
Shotgun Shells – Gives 7 Shotgun Shells.
Acid Rounds – Gives 6 Acid Rounds. Good against creatures such as the Lizarda, not as good against zombies.
Flame Rounds – Gives 6 Flame Rounds. Good against zombies and plant based creatures. Not good against living creatures.
Standard Grenades – Gives 6 Standard Grenades. Overall good against everything, but is a bit weaker against bosses.
Magnum Rounds – Gives 6 Magnum Rounds.
Gunpowder A – Makes Pistol Bullets. Can be mixed with Gunpowder B to create enhanced pistol bullets.
Gunpowder B – Makes Shotgun Shells. Can be mixed with Gunpowder D in Harry’s story to create enhanced shotgun shells.
Gunpowder C – Makes Grenade Rounds. Gunpowder C solo makes Standard Rounds. Mixed with B makes Flame Rounds. Mixed with A makes Acid Rounds.
Gunpowder D – Makes Magnum Rounds.
Health Pickups:
Green Herb – Cures partial health.
Red Herb – Useless by itself. It can be mixed with a Green Herb to create a Super Herb to heal full health.
Blue Herb – Cures Poison condition.
Purple Herb – Ultimate Herb, cures any condition to full health. Rarest herb in the story.
Angel’s Nightmare Adventure One: Angel’s Story
Chapter 1

July 2007
It’s eight in the morning and a young adult named, Angel nervously awaits his jaw reconstruction surgery that he needs to repair an overbite that he has. He’s 17 preparing to enter senior year of High School. He is an A student in school, but still manages to maintain a healthy social life and is actually well respected in school, even by the popular kids.
The overbite was caused by the constant sucking of his thumb when he was younger, he didn’t stop sucking his thumb until the age of eight. He would go through most of elementary school being picked on for having such an overbite. It was so bad many of his classmates back then called him the butt tooth rabbit.
The bullying did calm down as he got into middle school and he got his braces put in. The braces on his teeth were supposed to push the teeth in, but the overbite was too severe to repair with braces, so the orthodontist recommended either surgery or live the rest of his life the way he was. He made the decision that he didn’t want to grow up with his peers seeing his ugly looking overbite.
That was back in May, it’s now July. There are only two months until school starts again. While he wants to look good for the girls when he gets back to school, he becomes very nervous as his time to go under the knife approaches. He’s with his mother and father who try to comfort him as he prepares to go into the operating room.
His father says calmly, “Don’t worry you’ll be alright in time for school, I know you want that good looking girl in school.”
His mother in Spanish says, “God will always be with you, have faith and you’ll be fine. I love you my son!”
He is hesitant to go into the operating room. In fact, he makes a run for the exit. The surgeon calls for security, Angel’s mother and father also chase him down. He realizes taking the elevator isn’t an option so he heads for the stairway.
The surgeon screams, “Harrison! We got a runner heading towards the stairs on the 8th floor. Make sure you have guards waiting for him in either direction, he is going straight for the exit.”
Harrison replies ready, “10-4 chief. Don’t worry I know Angel very well, we always been buddies every time he’s come for his appointments.”
Harrison is head of security of Woodhull Hospital located in Brooklyn, New York. He’s the one to always check for ID cards when people are coming in for their appointments and makes sure things are rolling along properly. Woodhull hospital is a rather big building, but he knows the building inside and out.
Guards are waiting for Angel on the 9th floor, but he’s nowhere to been seen. There are also officers on the 8th floor waiting for him. One of the guards on the 8th floor spots him, but he takes off so quickly that the guard barely notices him. The guard pages Harrison that he is heading downstairs and to have guards on the ready by the main and back exits.
He gets all the way down to the first floor and figures to use the back exit as the main exit is probably well guarded. However, to his shock Harrison is waiting for him right by the back exit and grabs him by the arm.
Harrison pages the surgeon, “I got Angel and he’s ok!” Angel’s parents are relieved to hear that their son has been recovered.
Harrison asks Angel, “Why did you try to run away just now, I thought you said you weren’t scared of the operation?”
Angel answers while stuttering, “I did… but ever since playing this new video game involving zombies and a hospital… I’ve been having bad dreams about the hospital… infested with zombies!”
Harrison asks him, “Have you played that game after midnight?”
“Yes I have and it’s much scarier at night, but the sound effects sound cooler at nighttime.”
“That’s probably what has you scared to your pants, I don’t let my son play that game after midnight! Listen kid you need to go back upstairs, your operation is scheduled to start soon. I promise you’ll be ok. You’re in the hands of experts, besides you’ll be asleep through the actual operation anyway. Think of it as a really long sleep you’re about to enjoy, one you haven’t had in years. Now come on Angel, you’re a big boy!”
Angel replies in submission, “Fine, you win Harrison, besides what are the odds of zombies ever coming alive. There’s this one girl I really want to impress in High School and her name is Tiffany. I almost have her in my hands, just have to get rid of her boyfriend she has now.”
Harrison responds while laughing, “After this surgery you’ll look twice as better and she’ll fall into your lap. Now, are you ready to go back upstairs? You got your parents all worried.” Angel nods his head and is escorted back upstairs with him back to the operating room.
When he’s escorted back upstairs, he’s greeted by his parents who are happier than mad that he is ok.
His father says, “Son I know you’re nervous. I remember my eye operation, but this is something you agreed to. I promise when you are done we’ll take care of you and you’ll feel much better about everything.”
He replies confidently, “I know pops, I’ll relax now. Alright guys time to cut me up I guess. Let’s get this done!”
The surgeons and his assistants laugh along with him. He is placed on the operating table and is injected with anesthetic to help him sleep. He begins to fall asleep while the surgeon and his staff prepare the tools for the operation.
The last words he hears are from the chief surgeon, “You ok Angel? You’ll be asleep for awhile so just relax and let us take care of the hard work.”
Angel responds while falling asleep, “Yeah I’m ok, just be careful with my beautiful mouth. I’m trying to look good for senior year, Tiffany you will be mines…”
He drifts off to sleep before he could say anymore words. The surgeons begin to put on their outfits and prepare for the operation. Then silence is heard…
Chapter 2
Ten hours have passed since Angel was placed on the operating table around nine in the morning. The hospital is unusually silent, especially since this is usually visiting hours at the hospital. The hallways are mostly empty and quiet. Meanwhile ten hours ago the hospital was business as usual, what could have possibly happened?
Angel regains his conscience as he discovers that his mouth hasn’t even been touched at all. He quickly realizes that the surgery never happened, but he asks himself why the operation never happened. In one sense he is relieved that he won’t have to endure the pain after the operation is done and he would be able to eat fast food after all. However, in another sense he is disappointed and concerned about what is really going on.
He screams, “Hello! Hello! Is anybody here? If so please let me know.”
He walks away from the operating table and what he sees is disturbing. The chief surgeon and his staff are bleeding. They are dead as he can tell by the rotting smell of the decaying bodies. He becomes even more worried trying to figure out how were these people killed. Upon closer examination he finds that all of the dead bodies have bite marks, in fact very deep bite marks. He started to believe that these people were killed by zombies, the same ones he would kill in his video game.
He slowly walks out of the operating room into the hallway. As he approaches the hallway a man begins to attack him. The man isn’t human, his skin is all wrinkly and decayed. In fact, this man has no color on his skin.
The man is pale like white paint. Angel grabs a pair of surgeon’s scissors and pokes the eye of the man. The man does not go down, however. Angel grabs a knife to slash the head of the man. He is horrified at what he sees, but knows if he didn’t kill the man he would have been the next meal. He takes a look at the dead body and realizes by touching its skin it was not a human and it’s indeed a zombie. His worst fear has come true. Zombies have come to invade the hospital.
He begins to wonder if his parents are ok, so he heads to the hallway where he sees Harrison on the floor holding his right side.
He asks Harrison, “Oh man, are you ok? Are my parents ok?”
Harrison in a weak voice says, “Who…who are you? Oh you’re Angel, I’m afraid I got some bad news… you’re parents along with many in this hospital are dead…”
Angel asks trying to hold in his emotions, “What happened to this place? It was running normally before.”
