He makes the gruesome discovery that he’s probably dealing with the second biohazard outbreak. Grabbing his cellphone, he calls Dawn.

“Hey Dawn, looks like you were right. This situation is worse than even I thought.” He tells Dawn.

  “How much worse?” She asks.

“Well… I can see why that alarm was a false routine and why your friend never called you back.” He answers.

“Why is that?” She asks nervously.

“I don’t know what to say, besides that the police station is infested by… zombies.” He answers.

“What! No way! Does that mean White Plains… is under attack by another… biohazard/zombie outbreak?” Dawn asks in shock.

“I’m afraid so, looks like Hybrid has spread its influence uptown and I believe that Mr. Mustang has something to do with this.” He replies.

“Listen, get in there, and find any survivors. Also, see if my best friend is still alive, if he is, please find him.” She asks him to find her friend.

“I’ll do my best. I gotta make sure I survive first and if I find that pig, John Mustang, he’ll have a lot to explain.” He replies.

“I don’t mean to throw you off, but let’s forget about Mustang now. Survival is paramount and be aware I might not be able to break into the computer system there. I’m sure those zombies have rendered the remote access inoperable.”

“That doesn’t sound good at all. Do the best you can, ok?”

“I will Hondo… Hey do you hear me? Damn I lost him!” The call gets cut off.

“Dawn… Dawn! No! I lost her. The signal must be getting poor. Looks like the zombie invasion has spread faster and they’re taking out the cell towers.” Hondo says as he loses Dawn.

Hondo moves towards the edge of the building and sees that it’s surrounded by zombies. He goes around the roof to see if there is an opening that he can get down from the building. After going around in a 360, he sees that the zombies have taken over the building.

“Oh great! Now what?” He says flustered.

He sees a small grate that leads to the maintenance area where the water towers and generators are located. There are two doors, one to his right and the other left. Heading to the right door, he is unable to open the door.

  This door is locked.

“Another locked door!” He says upset.

Heading to the other door, he opens the door entering the hallway. When he enters there are a couple of zombie officers in the hallway. He shoots the fat zombie and it goes down easily. Taking aim at the skinny zombie, he shoots it in the head killing it.

  Pistol Ammo: 18

There is a wooden door leading to Chief Mustang’s office and he enters the doors. The chief is in bad shape sleeping on a leather bench in the back of the room. There are bite marks on this arm and they look quite severe. He heads towards him cautiously.

The chief’s office is filled with pictures of him and graduating classes from previous years. There is a model of what is supposed to be the future police station in the new site on the chief’s table. It’s supposed to be two times bigger than the current police station and a view of the town center of White Plains.

“Chief Mustang, the boy who cried wolf. I gotta say you’re getting what you deserve, but I’m here to help you believe it or not.” Hondo says.

“Look, I have no idea what or who is behind all this… My beautiful town… is all wrecked thanks to these… zombie bastards.” Mustang says weakly.

“Well, I don’t mind playing detective. I’ll tell you that Hybrid is behind all this and I suspect you might be involved. Now you’re getting yours for working with Hybrid.” Hondo gives his suspicions.

“No, I wasn’t involved with Hybrid… It’s true… that I might think this place… is dangerous and I want to sell this place…”

  “So it’s true… huh?”

“I don’t know who… you are… but I did not make any dealings with Hybrid… if I did, would I be injured… right now?”

“Perhaps you’re right. Listen, what is the best way out of here? Besides the outside of the station.” Hondo asks.

“You need to get to the basement… and…” Mustang is unable to finish his sentence before he passes out.

“Mustang… Mustang! Shit, he passed out and he’s bleeding from his arm. As much as I don’t care about him, I gotta keep him alive.” He says knowing he must keep Mr. Mustang alive.

He sees a key fall out of the chief’s pocket and decides to take it.

  Picked up a Key.

Hondo CHECKS the key and turns the key around. Looking at the marking, he sees the word “Stairway”.

The key looks to open the stairway, but Hondo has no idea where the stairway is located. He’s also vigilant about the idea that he has to save the chief whether he likes him or not. Leaving the chief’s office, he is grabbed by the fat zombie that he had thought he killed before.

The fat zombie takes a big bite on Hondo’s arm. He pushes the zombie away towards the wall and takes a decent amount of damage.

  Condition: Caution (Level 1)

Pulling out his pistol with his good arm while trying to hold his hurt arm, he takes aim at the zombie. However, his good arm is not his shooting arm so he misses the zombie a few times. He backs away as the zombie tries to dive towards him and then he aims for the head and shoots two shots on the zombie’s head killing it.

  Pistol Ammo: 11

Hondo has only explored the chief’s office and he has already bumped into a rather tough situation. His ammo is low and his right arm is hurt. Despite the pain, he now has an idea that he has to get to the basement.

Looking at the hallway, it has white walls and florescent lighting. It also has a bulletin board with some community events that were supposed to take place.

Moving deeper into the hallway, he spots an officer who is still human on the floor. Checking him, he sees that he has no pulse. As unethical as it might be, he looks though the officer’s pockets as any ammo will be more useful for him. Looking through the pockets, he finds a pistol clip.

Picked up a Pistol Clip. Pistol Ammo: 26

After finding nothing else, he heads through a metal door. Entering through the door, he finds himself in a waiting area. There are crows that enter through the open windows and they become aggressive towards him. One of the crows begins to peck Hondo. Shooting a round from his pistol he kills one of the crows. All of the other crows fly out of the room as they fly scared.

  Condition: Caution (Level 2)

  Pistol Ammo: 23

Continuing deeper through the waiting room, he sees some vending machines with old expired chips and cookies along with flat sodas. Seeing a door to the security room, he enters inside. There are a couple of zombies in the security room and he shoots one of them down easily. However, he has to reload his pistol and the other police zombie prepares to grab him.

Seeing a pair of scissors, Hondo grabs them in a last ditch effort. He thrusts the scissors towards the head of the zombie with his bad arm and kicks it towards a computer. With his gun held just in case the zombie gets up, he points it and the zombie bleeds only to die a few seconds later.

Looking around the security room, he sees a locker that he opens and finds a weapon.

Picked up a Tactical Shotgun. It’s a Remington 1000 series Tactical Shotgun. It gives a solid shot from close range without the heavy recoil of other shotguns.

  Shotgun Ammo: 7

He also sees a capsule filled with a green substance.

Picked up a Green Herbal Mix. This capsule is filled with a green liquid substance that can restore partial health.

Hondo uses the Green Herbal Mix.

  Condition: Caution (Level 1)

He sees a document on the table and reads it:

  Strange Events around White Plains

“There have been strange murders taking place around White Plains. Some reports have people murdered in parks, parking lots, and even in their homes. However, there is something about each of these murders that are strange indeed.

Number one is the time of day. These murders have been reported around the times of between one and four in the morning. Number two is the method of murder. The murdered bodies all have bite marks on them. So that leads us to the idea that we either have a cannibal type person or a person who is really sick in their mind.

Seeing the events that took place in NYC two years ago, we cannot rule out the possibly that this could be the beginning of the spread of the next biohazard virus outbreak. To be fair, the last outbreak was deemed an accident on the failed Raven Hawk Vaccine. However, we must be prepared should it prove to be related to Hybrid.

Whatever or whoever is behind this, we will keep a hawk’s eye on this case.”

  End Report

Finding nothing else in the security room, he leaves and heads towards the end of the hall where he sees an elevator. Trying to use the elevator, he sees that it has no power and now has to find a way to power the elevator.

The elevator has no power and needs to be powered up.

“Oh great, now a busted elevator! Damn this is gonna be fun indeed… ughh…” He says upset.

Less than an hour inside the police station and Hondo is already struggling to survive his survival horror experience. His favorite zombie horror video game has become his new nightmare and worst of all, it’s real!

  Chapter 3

Seeing the elevator is not an option, he decides to backtrack towards the hallway where he came from. Reaching the hallway, he sees a wooden door that he has not explored yet. The door unlocks and he enters.

Upon entering the room, Hondo finds himself in the meeting room of the police station. It has a huge, nicely shined wooden table made out of walnut. There are also huge glass windows that show off a view of a normally bustling business area. On the wall there is a map of the police station.

Picked up a map of the Police Station 3rd Floor.

Looking at the map, he sees that the 3rd floor isn’t all that large. So he studies it and puts it down realizing that carrying it will add clutter to his pockets. On the table, he sees a few items that catch his attention.

Picked up a First Aid Spray. Restores Full Health.

Picked up a Pistol Clip. Pistol Ammo: 38

Picked up +7 Shotgun Shells. Shotgun Ammo: 14

Picked up a Fuse. A fuse to power what? Maybe the elevator?

Once he gathers the goodies, he hears the door slam open.

“Who’s there?!” He screams while holding his pistol up.

Walking carefully, he heads towards the door. Before he can get to the door though, he is met by a couple of unfamiliar creatures.

“What the heck? Gorillas?” Hondo looks at the intimidating gorilla like creatures.

The Gorillas are code named “Guerillas”. They are known for their ambush style of attacking their prey and for their brute strength. The two gorillas walk towards Hondo and he decides to pull out his shotgun. One of the gorillas attacks him with a hard right and he falls onto the floor.

The other gorilla jumps up to the ceiling and hangs onto the hanging light. It decides to jump off and attempt to crush Hondo.

Press “A” and “B” to roll out of the way… Well Done!

He’s able to roll out of the way and gets up. The same Guerilla that tried to crush him tries to punch him with a couple of jabs, but he’s able to backflip. During his backflip though, his injured arm gives away and he falls back to the floor. The other Guerilla heads towards him and picks him up.

Hondo is able to hang on to his shotgun and shoot off a shot at the creature’s head. The creature lets go of him and he falls onto the floor. Despite getting up ready to shoot the creature, he is kicked from behind by the other Guerilla.

  Condition: Caution (Level 2)

“Crap! These guys are some major players, they’re kicking my butt alright, and this injured arm isn’t helping.” He says trying to recover.

He sees that the Guerilla he shot is still injured, so he focuses his attention on it and shoots a couple more of shells on the gorilla killing it.

  Shotgun Ammo: 11

“There’s one down and now you.” He says as he faces the second gorilla.

He tries to shoot the gorilla, but misses as the creature jumps up towards the hanging light. The gorilla swings between the lights and Hondo is unable to get a clear shot at the creature. The creature lands on the table breaking it with its weight. Hondo shoots another shell at it injuring it and tries to shoot again, but the weapon jams up on him.

  Shotgun Ammo: 9

The gorilla takes advantage of the jam up and strikes Hondo with a drop kick that strikes him flush in the chest. He drops his shotgun on the floor.

  Condition: Danger

He gets up quickly and prepares to take on the gorilla in hand to hand combat. The gorilla throws a punch and tries to knock him out for good.

  Press “A” and “B” to sidestep… Good!

Sidestepping the gorilla, he’s able to get behind the gorilla and he lands an effective left jab combo on the gorilla. The creature falls on the floor and gets back up.

Hondo prepares to land his popular left hook that he used to score many of his knockouts as the creature begins to get up. When the gorilla is halfway up, he lands a left hook right into the jar of the gorilla. Once the gorilla goes down, he finishes it off with a pistol shot to the head just for good measure.

Once the two Guerillas are dead, he grabs the shotgun in order to unjam it. Despite landing a couple of good punches like his boxing days, he is injured rather badly.

Hondo uses a First Aid Spray.

  Condition: Fine

After healing himself, he doesn’t see the need to keep looking in the meeting room. He leaves the room and heads back outside. Using the key he got from the chief, he unlocks the door that was previously locked.

This key is useless, will you discard? You have selected yes.

After unlocking the door, he sees that he’s in the stairway of the police station. He sees a zombie in front of him that he kills off easily with a few pistol shots.

  Pistol Ammo: 34

After killing the zombie, he heads down the set of stairs towards the second floor. When he gets to the door leading to the second floor, he sees a pickup next to the door.

Picked up a Green Herbal Mix.

Once he grabs the health pickup, he enters the second floor. When he gets to the hallway, he sees a couple of zombies. He’s able to kill one of the zombies with his pistol. Running out of bullets on the clip, he puts his gun away and decides to go with melee combat.

  Pistol Clip: 30

The zombie walks towards him and tries to grab him. He clenches his left fist and waits for the zombie to get closer.

“Boy never thought I would be punching zombies.” Hondo says to himself.

When the zombie gets closer, he lays a hard left uppercut beheading the zombie. A geyser of blood begins to come out of the zombie’s neck as the zombie falls to the ground. After killing the zombie, he hears a vent grate fall behind him. He reloads his pistol with a fresh clip and turns around quickly.

“Who’s there?!” He screams, but gets no response.

Aiming his pistol towards the vent, he looks in the vent and sees nothing inside. Once the coast is clear, he begins to explore the hallway. He sees a couple of doors, one of which is boarded up. Ignoring the boarded up door, he enters the other door.

Entering the other door, he finds himself in the medical room where it’s oddly quiet. Heading in deeper, he sees that the room is rather quiet if a little too quiet. Growing suspicious, he begins to walk in more carefully and spots many dead bodies.

The medical room has three beds, a few oxygen tanks, and the walls have a dull gray color that reminds Hondo of jail. He served a year for a drug charge that was dismissed as he had no involvement with the drug dealing.

The dead bodies are filled with many zombie bites and most of the faces look like they are in shock when they were eaten.

“This is worse than I thought, damn Hybrid. It looks like the second outbreak has begun. I better find any survivors and get the hell out of here. He says to himself.” He says in his head.

Looking around the medical room, he doesn’t find much of anything that is useful. Heading to the back of the room, he sees a couple of pickups.

Picked up an Antidote Spray. Used to cure poison condition.

Picked up a Pistol Clip. Pistol Ammo: 45

After picking up the goodies, he feels something biting him. Looking down he sees that it’s a zombie biting his leg. He steps on the zombie’s head with his heavy work boots. However, when he kills that zombie, some of the “dead bodies” get up and shows themselves as mutated zombies.

“What the hell, more of you guys?!” He screams as he sees the pale looking zombies.

Grabbing his pistol, he being to shoot at the two zombies and kills one of them. As he’s shooting at the zombies, another zombie in a doctor’s uniform gets up behind him and begins to move towards him. Without warning, the zombie grabs Hondo from behind and begins to bite him.

  Pistol Ammo: 39

  Condition: Caution (Level 1)

He pushes the zombie behind him away and focuses on the one in front of him. He sees a broomstick next to him and picks it up. Using the broomstick, he thrusts the stick right through the fragile head of the zombie. The brain of the zombie pops out to Hondo’s disgust, but he disregards it and turns his attention to the other zombie.

The other zombie continues to rush towards him as he backs up as he tries to get a grip on his pistol. He slips on the blood that spilled from the other zombie he killed and falls to the floor. Dropping his gun and the gun moving away from him, the zombie kneels down towards him.

The hungry zombie prepares to eat Hondo alive. He uses his hurt hand despite the pain to take his shotgun from his back. Fighting through the pain, he manages to get the shotgun off his back.

With his bad right arm, he uses the shotgun to aim at the zombie’s head. The zombie tries to bite his neck, but he uses his left hand to hold the zombie back. However his left arm begins to weaken and the zombie gains control of the struggle. His only chance is to shoot the zombie with the shotgun, so he lifts up the shotgun the best he can.
