2 cups dates
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
Directions:
Put dates in your blender, add water and pulse really well.
Put lemon slices in your slow cooker, add dates paste, sugar and vinegar, stir, cover and cook on Low for 2 hours
Divide into small jars and serve cold.

Apple Cake
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 hours and 30 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
3 cups apples, cored and cubed
3 tablespoons stevia
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
2 cups coconut flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ghee
Directions:
In a bowl mix eggs with ghee, apple pie spice, vanilla, apples and stevia and stir using your mixer.
In another bowl, mix baking powder with flour, stir, add to apple mix, stir again well and transfer to your slow cooker.
Cover, cook on High for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and leave cake aside to cool down, slice and serve.
