  Ingredients:

  Juice of 1 lemon

  1 teaspoon allspice

  1 teaspoon clove, ground

  1 teaspoon ginger powder

  3 pounds apples, peeled, cored and chopped

  1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground

  1 and ½ cups water

  ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ground

  1 cup maple syrup

  Directions:

  In your slow cooker, mix apples with water, lemon juice, allspice, clove, ginger powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and nutmeg.

  Stir, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

  Leave your mix to cool down for 10 minutes, blend using an immersion blender and pour into small jars.

  Serve for breakfast!

  Directions:

  Put almonds and walnuts in your blender, add some of the soaking water, blend really well and transfer to your slow cooker.

  Add apples, squash, cinnamon, coconut sugar, nutmeg and coconut milk, stir, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

  Use a potato masher to mash the whole mix, divide into bowls and serve.

  Cooking spray

  6 eggs

  A pinch of black pepper

  ¼ cup spinach, chopped

  2 green onions, chopped

  ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray and leave aside for now.

  Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat; add onions, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes, stir and sauté for a couple of minutes.

  Transfer this to your slow cooker, add eggs, a pinch of pepper and garlic powder, stir gently, cover and cook on High for 2 hours.

  Divide between plates and serve hot.

  2 tablespoons chili powder

  2 onions, chopped

  2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

  In a bowl, mix pork butt with coriander, oregano, cumin, chili powder, onions and a pinch of black pepper, rub well, transfer to your slow cooker and cook on Low for 8 hours.

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  A pinch of sea salt

  Cooking spray

  Black pepper to the taste

  Spray your slow cooker with the cooking spray and layer half of the broccoli florets.

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 8 hours and 5 minutes

  Ingredients:

  1 sweet potato, grated

  ½ cup bacon, chopped

  8 eggs, whisked

  1 red bell pepper, chopped

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  8 ounces mushrooms, chopped

  A pinch of cumin, ground

  A pinch of black pepper

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan over medium high heat, add bacon, fry until it’s crispy, transfer to paper towels, drain and leave aside for now.

  Heat up the same pan over medium high heat, add onion, stir and cook for 3 minutes.

  Transfer this to your slow cooker; also add fried bacon, sweet potato, mushrooms, bell pepper and eggs.

  Whisk gently, season with black pepper and cumin, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
