Sarah Ash is on holiday in Wales, visiting the sights and investigating the area where her Grandmother lived as a child. Whilst visiting a beautiful and picturesque waterfall, her holiday is changed in a sudden and dramatic way. Sarah is viewing the waterfall from the top platform when she hears a cry for help from below. A woman is screaming in pain so Sarah runs to help. When she arrives at the bottom of the many stairs she finds a woman lying on the floor. She is clearly in incredible pain and needs medical help urgently.
