OLYMPUS ISLANDThe US military’s covert program, the Olympus Project, utilizes a serum, taken from the now-defunct Liege, to reanimate dead soldiers to create a new, special breed of fighters. They moved the soldiers to an island off the coast of Greece for privacy and training. Not all of the soldiers who survived the shot prefer to live in their new altered state. For them, death is preferable. Sgt. Oscar Javier gave his life for his country on the battlefield and woke up in a clinic in Greece and must now choose to either remain alive under the government’s terms or accept termination.
