“You gonna stick around and party?” Tank asks me, as he pops the top off a bottle of beer.
I shake my head and look over at Helena. She’s giving me that look that brings me to my knees. I shoot her a wink and pat him on the back.
“Sorry, bud, but we got another project that we need to get working on.”
“Gotcha,” he laughs, patting me on the back. “Good luck.”
She hops on the back of my motorcycle, pressing her body tight up against mine. We ride off down the dirt road, off to our future, to our home, off to grow our family, off to build our legacy. My woman, my motorcycle, my patch, my mountain, I’m the man who got everything he ever wanted.
