  About Two Hearts' Reconnaissance~

  I've read a number of author Tamara Ferguson's books both in this series and in other series. Shies an author who has the wonderful knack of developing endearing, relatable characters and combining them in an exciting, often danger-packed adventure. The underlying thread of love, romance, and compassion runs through herstories, seamlessly and beautifully. Ferguson is a master of this genre. Two Hearts’ Reconnaissance (Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance Book 13) is another winner that captures readers' hearts from the very beginning. The horrific nature of child abuse and exploitation is handled with care and great skill without dwelling on the actual gory details, which makes this and other works of hers so readable by such a large audience. The romance, the teenage angst, and the longing for acceptance and a home where he feels loved are screaming from Harry in every line of this story. A recurring theme of many of Ferguson's works is this desire for the character to "give back" in some way for everything they've received, as part of their rescue and rehabilitation from the horrors of their past. In many ways, it is this desire that makes her characters so likable and so easy to empathize with for a reader. Her stories flow beautifully and her conversational writing style means most of her books are easily read in one concentrated sitting, perhaps in front of the fire on acold afternoon. I love this author's work and can highly recommend this iteration of the Wounded Warrior series~

  Two Hearts’ Reconnaissance by Tamara Ferguson is a beautiful book that brought me to tears. It was a fantastic page-turner that drew me right in and held my interest until scrolled to the last page. The plot was unique and had depth. It centered on themes like unconditional love, crime, trust, acceptance, bravery, and sacrifice. I wish every child was protected and never had to suffer like Harry, Amy, Eve, and other kids like them. The character development was incredible and consistent, my favorite of them being Harry. He was smart, sensitive, protective, intuitive, yet relatable. I loved the first-person narrative, which gave me glimpses into the speaker's head. The dialogues also flowed effortlessly, making the story easy to follow. I'm interested in Amy's story. This is a fantastic book, Tamara! Well done!

  Two Hearts' Reconnaissance (Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance: Book 13) by Tamara Ferguson is an enchanting romance novel in which hope and desire unite to fulfill the dream of second chances. It is a stirring story with a compelling plot and endearing characters. Even though the gut-wrenching elements of child abuse and trafficking are touched on, giving the reader a small glimpse of the atrocities that occur in America, the story is light and inspiring. This novel is part of a delightful series, and some of the characters from previous books have principal roles in this story. To better understand them and their roles, I recommend reading the first books in the series. It is a superbly written novel that will delight and charm those who love soft romance novels~

  I will share my review for Tamara Ferguson’s Two Hearts’ Reconnaissance – she is my absolute favorite writer out of all nine writers in the Irresistible Boxset! I think I have read every single story she has written, and I have not encountered anything that I would not love! Two Hearts’’ Reconnaissance is part of her Two Hearts Wounded Warrior romance series and it is the 13th!!!!!! instalment! (can you just imagine all the goodness you have to look forward to if this is your first encounter with her!) As you can imagine from the title of the series then the stories have a very serious subject matter, but I promise you, they are filled with hope and we always get our happy ending! Two Hearts’ Reconnaissance gives us Eva Loughlin and Harry Giordano who has survived a lot! (Have a box of tissues at hand! You will need it from the start!) There is this amazing connection between them since the moment they met when they were just kids! Life takes them into different directions and as it is with living, there are ups and downs and thorough it all we keep our fingers crossed for a chance for them to find a way back to each other! I also loved learning more about some of the characters that I have read about in the other stories~

  Two Hearts’ Reconnaissance by Tamara Ferguson - The deeper issues covered in the story about foster children is something that can be hard to tackle in both a sensitive and knowledgeable manner. I personally work with foster kids and could tell the author did her homework on the subject. The author was very thorough with describing the feelings and what some foster kids experience when they are younger. The story then jumped to the present day where Eve and Harry are adults in which unexpected circumstances brought back into each other’s lives.The story certainly covered a lot, such as young love, childhood trauma, mystery, romance and crime~

  About Two Hearts Wounded Warriors~

  Author Tamara Ferguson knows her audience well, and she is able to amp up the suspense to keep them on the edge of their seats whilst reading this highly passionate and engaged romance novel. The wounded warrior theme gives a unique perspective to the character development, as both figures are hardened heroes who understand real consequences beyond their passions. What results is an emotionally down to earth and tuned in drama, with plenty of real plot interwoven between the tense romantic scenes. I also really enjoyed the dialogue between the central pair, which served to present a lot of emotion and withheld feelings to ramp that suspense up even more. Overall, I would certainly recommend Two Hearts Unlikely Heroes to fans of the existing series and new readers seeking intense and believable romantic drama~

  I enjoy Tamara Ferguson's novels they are wonderful stories that subtly remind us of the sacrifice of our wounded warriors and that the battle continues once they return home. My favorite part about this novel was that "special something" that both Samantha and Ben felt for each

other from the very beginning and which drew them together before they knew each other's name--or rank. There is the sweet pull of romance unique to these two characters to enjoy, plus the fabulous and welcome role of unlikely heroes. This is a quick, delightful read~

  As a fan of romance, I really enjoyed Two Hearts Unlikely Heroes. The blossoming love between Ben and Sam was enjoyable to watch play out, and the story had the perfect amount of lust and passion. This book was a quick read thanks to the gripping aspects of the novel that made it feel partly like a thriller alongside the romance. It was so easy to get hooked into this book from the very first page, and I was honestly sad to see it end. I was so happy to see the book finish in the way that it did with a promise of everlasting love. Tamara Ferguson is a fabulous author, and I would definitely recommend Two Hearts Unlikely Heroes to anyone looking for a lovely romance novel that is easy to read in one sitting~
