Immunity, page 12
I’d been tied. I’d been taken by more than one at a time.
I hadn’t seen an elf tied, and while I was sure it happened, I’d never been part of multiple human women. So there had been some group sex, but I’d been the only human.
The elves were people, and people vary. Many of them were giving lovers. I think that was in part due to Rhosani’s choices for me. Perhaps it was something about my own behavior, and perhaps I was far easier to please than I’d been in the past. But the sex, well, it was varied and pretty darned fantastic.
And not once did anyone do anything to me I didn’t like, not since my first experience with the punishment bench.
I’d been tied. I’d been body-painted, sometimes with actual paint, sometimes with food. I’d been held down. I’d been bent over. I’d been, well, I lost track of all the ways.
One of the elves I’d been given to more than once was Teriani. She was somewhat older, but very few elves looked old, and the clues were more in her demeanor than her appearance. And Teriani was very, very good with rope.

I grinned at the glass of fruit juice. Rhosani gave me my first sip then asked if it would be the pointing game tonight. I shook my head. I already knew who I wanted that night.
The Khaleesi fed me from her fingers like she always did, giving me the juice over the course of the meal. She let me clean with a damp rag, and then she helped me to stand.
By now, the elves knew the game. Many of them offered laps. It was all in fun, and no one seemed to begrudge me when I moved on with little more than a touch on her shoulders. If they truly wanted someone, there were other choices. I knew there were nights no one slept in the harem.
I worked the room, smiling, touching, offering a few kisses.
I walked behind Bellaluna, one of the members of the Humans Suck contingent. She wasn’t offering a lap, but I set a hand on her shoulder anyway. She rotated her chair and then pulled me so I stood between her legs. That put us near the same level. I moved her hands to my hips then leaned forward, set fingers to her cheek, and guided a kiss.
She didn’t stop me when I stepped away, but she watched me. I blew a kiss to her before moving on. I might have let her have me, but I was in a particular mood that night.
I teased a few others, but then without warning, I plopped into Teriani’s lap. She didn’t hesitate, pulling me into a kiss. I have no idea where she got the rope, but she bound my hands. She didn’t blindfold me. She pressed her hands to my eyes. I felt a tingle of magic, and when she removed them, I was entirely blind. I didn’t panic; it wasn’t the first time someone had done that to me.
Then… she teased. I was past ready for more than teasing. But she touched and teased. When she bared one breast, I simply pulled her mouth down to take a nipple between her lips.
Imagine for a moment. In my former life, I had been a reasonably staid member of college faculty. And now, here I was, nearly forty years old, but with the best body I’d ever had, openly being taken by this woman as others watched or went about their own evening. The two visions are quite disjointed, but it didn’t bother me at all, not then, and not later.
Eventually she stood, using the rope to tug me after her. I followed until she took me to one of the rooms.
Then… there was movement, and a moment later, my hands were yanked into the air, still bound at my wrists. I moved forward only a little further, underneath whatever I was moored to. She tugged harder, and I found myself on my tip toes. I heard her tie the rope off, and the only saving grace is that it would slowly stretch, taking some of the tension away.
She moved around me. I couldn’t hear her footsteps, but I felt her passage. She moved around, and then she untied a single tie from my tunic. There were touches, and more laces untied. “You like what I do to you.” I nodded. “I think the way you are right now, you’d like almost anything.” I thought she was right.
She stripped me bare, and then she touched. She pressed against my back, her head bent over my shoulder. “You’re so beautiful like this,” she whispered.
She touched, teasing my nipples, then one of her hands slipped between my legs, and she began stroking me, exquisitely slowly.
It was maddening, but I couldn’t do a thing to get more from her.
She teased, and she teased, and then she pulled my mouth to her breast, giving me at least something to do, but only for a minute before she bent down. She pulled one leg over her shoulder then tucked under the other one and stood up.
I would have screeched, if I could. Instead, I hung, partially supported by my arms, partially supported with my legs over her shoulders and her hands under my back. Then she pulled me to her mouth and opened.
If I wasn’t already enflamed, that put me entirely out of my mind. I pulled myself to her. But she took her slow. Lickenly-sweet. Time.
When I came, it was explosively, and I did something I rarely did.
I passed out.
* * * *
I woke sometime later. I was in bed, arms around me, no longer blind. I rolled to Teriani. I touched and kissed, sweetly only, and caressed her lips. She returned my sweet touches, but then tucked me under her arm to lie on her shoulder. She didn’t stop me when my hand found her breast, but she set hers over mine, controlling how playful I might be.
We lay there for a minute, but then she said, “I was there, the day the Khaleesi struck down one law but enforced another.” I didn’t want to talk about that, and I tried to push away from her, but she tightened. “Wait. This is important, Snow Dove.” I struggled for a moment but finally relaxed, then sighed and nodded.
“You were so angry.” No shit, Sherlock. “I didn’t know everything, not until more recently. I only knew the reason Rhosani was angry. I didn’t know you were at risk, and I didn’t realize she felt strongly about you.”
I still thought she had found a strange way to show it.
“Many of us were shocked at the choices she made, shocked at her apparent cruelty. She’d been one of the loudest voices saying Not all humans. Some of us were pleased she appeared to reverse her position.”
I tried to push away again, but she held me in place.
“You have taken events, and you have taken ownership of them.” At that, I stilled. “People talked about you. That faded, but it has begun again, although it is an entirely different conversation, just recently.” She paused. “Elves love games. And they love sex. They particularly love games about sex.” She laughed. “They’ve started jockeying for position, and some of them for Rhosani’s favor. Those of us you pick have had fun recounting the exploits.” She laughed again. “I’m going to enjoy telling everyone I made you pass out.”
I bet she would. I leaned in and kissed her cheek.
“The attitude towards humans is shifting. It’s subtle.” She paused a moment. “Sex diplomacy.”
I snorted then pinched her nipple. She laughed and batted my hand away, which was fine, as I went searching for somewhere else. But she caught my hand and brought it back up, kissing my fingers before setting it back on her breast. She sobered, though, and said, “I’m reaching two important points. Behave.” So I nodded.
“Rhosani would return you to Earth, if you ask.” I didn’t react to that. “No one wants you to ask. Do you understand?”
I thought that was sweet. I nodded and kissed her cheek again.
“I think you know which elves are hard liners towards humans.” It wasn’t hard. I simply paid more attention to the conversations around me than they probably realized. “And you’ve been avoiding them.” Damned right, I have. “I think you should give a few of them a chance.”
I thought about it. And then I moved on top of her, kissed her, and then began wriggling my way down.
* * * *
She tied me again in the morning and did lovely, lovely things to me.
* * * *
Four more things would happen over the next few weeks. In no particular order…
Bellaluna had made a lap for me. I worked the room, appearing to ignore her. But then I turned and plopped down in her lap. I looked into her eyes before kissing her.
She was sweet. I had a nice time, although I was disappointed when she sent me back to the harem. I would have spent the night.
* * * *
The next night, Enania came to dinner. When I saw her, I was shadowing Otter. I handed my tray to her, walked across the room, and knelt at her feet. It took a moment, but the conversation most near us quieted.
“What is it doing?”
I slipped closer, and when she didn’t pull a sandal-clad foot away, I began to kiss.
“What is it doing?” she half-screeched. But she didn’t pull her foot away.
“She,” Rhosani said, stressing the word, “Is a warm, empathic person, but I rarely understand what motivates her. If she offends you, you can withdraw your foot or tell her to stop.”
She did neither. I kissed a little longer before withdrawing. There was a hand waiting – not hers – to help steady me as I stood. And then I stepped around her to retrieve my tray from Otter.
After that, she was more frequently invited to dinners in the palace, and each time I saw her, I made a point of greeting her in a similar fashion. By the third time, one of my harem sisters would be ready to relieve me of any burdens I carried, returning them to me after the greeting. It was the third time when she greeted me by name, and her hands that steadied me when I stood. We looked each other in the eye, just a moment, and then I brushed her arm as I returned to my duties.
That was one of the nights Rhosani offered me the juice. When it was time, I moved around the room, collecting ten unused chairs. I set them in a wide circle in the center of the room where everyone could see. The conversation didn’t stop, but I was sure I was being watched.
And many of the women made laps for me.
And so I moved around the room, touching, kissing a few, and then pulling them from their chairs and pointing to the center.
Enania had been subtle, but she’d also made a lap. It wasn’t so obvious, as if she didn’t want to feel rejected if I ignored her. But I stepped to her and then took her by the hands. I pulled her to her feet, the last of the women, and I walked backwards, bringing her into the center.
I scurried around, moving the elves where I wanted them, still standing with their hands on a chair. Then I hurried and got the Khaleesi, bringing her to the center. I collected Otter, bringing her with me.
“I think we have a new game,” Rhosani said. “But for the life of me, I have no idea what.”
She’d see.
Teriani was there. I hadn’t selected her, but I brought Otter to her. And then I pulled Teriani to her feet, taking her hands and pressing them over my eyes.
I felt the tingle of magic, and then she announced, “I have taken her sight.”
I reached for Otter then gestured towards the center of the room, as best I could. Otter led me to Rhosani, and I mimed conducting an orchestra. I wasn’t sure if she would get it. But then I began clapping my hands in a particular pattern, an elven marching song, hoping she’d understand it, and I made marching steps, turning a circle.
“You heard her,” Rhosani said. She began clapping with me and began singing the song. Around us, everyone joined in.
I turned to Otter, giving her my back, pulling her hands to my shoulders. I began marching in place, and then Otter marched me, hands on my shoulders, directing me in a circle around the Khaleesi.
The song came to an end with a great shout and one final clap. I stopped. Everyone stopped, and then there was a yell of pleasure and laughter for a moment.
But then Rhosani asked, “Will you now point?”
I waved a finger at her. Instead, I turned to Otter and hugged her. And then I stepped past her, my hands out searchingly, and I walked carefully until I found someone’s hand. I followed the hand to a lap and plopped down.
I’d chosen the women with some care. I knew what they were wearing. More importantly, I knew what they weren’t wearing. That will make sense in a moment. I threw my arms around the neck of the elf whose lap I shared, and I kissed her deeply. As I did, I ran my foot up and down one leg, ankle to knee.
And then I pushed myself off from her. “No!” said Azariah. “I am bereft!”
I reached around, finding the next woman. I kissed her, my foot exploring her leg.
And then from her, I got lost, not realizing it until I reached a table. I stopped then held my hand out. Otter ran over, and from there, she guided me from one to the next.
I kissed each of them, lingering about it, but not taking forever. Patience would wear thin, I feared.
I kissed all ten, then I caressed the cheek of the one I had just kissed before reaching for Otter. She was ready to bring me back to Azariah, where I’d started, but I turned around. She brought me to each. I caressed a cheek of each until I got back to number six. On her, I felt with my foot, finding her ankle. And then I sat down in her lap and pulled her into a new kiss.
Enania was wearing tall sandals, straps nearly to her knee. Every other woman I picked wore some other style of footwear.
There was applause, and then Rhosani began singing a new song.
I climbed from Enania’s lap and tugged on her hands.
* * * *
“Why?” she asked.
I touched my lips and my eyes. I could neither speak nor see right now. Then I moved into her arms. She let me kiss her.
And then… she didn’t take the lead. I thought if anyone would, it would be her. I undressed us both. The only lead she took was to help me find the bed.
I made long, slow, gentle love to her, and after she recovered, I did it again, and then once more before she pulled me into her arms. That was when she took the blinding spell from me. I smiled at her then knelt and pushed her onto her stomach. She fought me a moment until I saw her back. We both froze.
She shivered as I traced the scars with my fingertips, but she stopped fighting me. I climbed atop of her and spent a long, long time massaging her back.
Eventually, she pulled me back down to her. We cuddled, and she said, “I suppose you won’t tell anyone.” She was still for a minute. “I know you had nothing to do with it. I shouldn’t blame a single woman.” She pushed me away from her a little, looking into my eyes. “You shouldn’t trust me. I… I have rages. Anything can cause them. Loud noises. A hot day. A bad dream. I have a lot of bad dreams.”
I took her hand and kissed it, then snuggled back against her. I pushed her hand to my bottom, and she left it there. I put the other one on my breast. She teased it a little, but that was as much as she did.
“So soft,” she whispered. I clenched my butt, and she laughed. “Not there.” I relaxed, but I put my hand over hers and made her rub a moment. “Okay, that’s soft, too.”
She stared at the ceiling for a minute. “I never would have expected this of you, that day we met. Not just with me, but with anyone.” She turned to me. “This is what you’re like with everyone.” I nodded.
“I never should have touched you.” I leaned forward and kissed her cheek. I hadn’t worried about that in two years. “You’re not safe, Snow Dove.”
She rolled away from me, sliding her arm out, then moved around the room, collecting her clothing. She fled the room as I stared after her.
I flopped back, staring at the ceiling. It was a while before anyone came for me, the Khaleesi sitting on the bed. “You have a way with women.”
I shook my head, but when I reached over, she let me take her hand. We lay like that for a minute, staring at the ceiling, until she rolled closer. “Please never ask to leave, Snow Dove.”
I kissed my fingers then brushed them against her lips, holding them there. We weren’t talking about that yet. It was time to return to the harem. I took the long way to get out of bed, rolling over the Khaleesi. I moved around, finding my clothing, pulling it on, then turned to her. She was sitting on the bed, watching me. I stepped over and pulled her to her feet, then covered my eyes with her hands.
“Take you back?” she asked. I nodded.
* * * *
She was going to drop me off, but I grabbed her hand as soon as she gave my sight back. I tugged her after me. Otter was in our room. I grabbed her, and then I pulled them both to the punishment bench. Otter laughed.
They bound me in place, took my clothing, and tickled the crap out of me, both of them giggling for me.
* * * *
From that point forward, I treated Enania as a dear friend. I greeted her with a kneel and a foot kiss, but then straightened and offered a proper kiss before returning to my duties. And from time-to-time, I chose her as a bed partner. I always had to lead, and she never gave me what I wanted, but she let me see to her.
And that was fine. I was receiving more orgasms than were due to any three women.
* * * *
I promised four things. That was two. The next began while I was a general server at dinner. It was Teriani who started a conversation. It seemed innocuous at first. “Earth isn’t all bad.”
“How would you know?” Syvis asked. “You’ve never been.” The other elves laughed.
“Horses are from Earth,” Teriani said.
“True,” said the Khaleesi. “As is my title.”
They laughed again. “True,” Teriani said.
“I’ve been to Earth,” Shaerra said. “The alcohol isn’t very good.”
“I admit I wasn’t impressed,” Rhosani replied. “I kept hearing about something called a Single Malt. It was vile.”
“And did you try their wine?” Shaerra asked. “Were the grapes so poor they had to leave it in an oak barrel for an extra five years?”
“Not all their wines are like that,” Laerdya said. “But I tried going to a fast-food restaurant once.” She made a face. “I liked the food in a restaurant in the region north of the old portal.”
