For years they'd remained in Revelen, safest of all possible locations on the globe. There, they'd weathered the coming of Sovereign, Watcher and Sleeper each doing their part. The Watcher had taken the steps needed to secure the cooperation of the authorities there. He'd given away the formula to produce metahumans crafted by Edward Cavanagh.
