PREFACE
It seems they are everywhere in the Occidental world, calling the children of Cain under the influence of what might well be a Trojan Horse that will claim all humanity. They are the most dangerous phenomena this world has ever known. So dangerous that it might just be that ‘they’ are the reason that the great ‘redeemers’ that have visited humanity came claiming to ‘save’ Man. So who and what are ‘they’?
They are grey in colour. Their skin is sallow and smooth and formed in scaly patterns. Their eyes are huge ‘almonds’ that wrap around their faces. Their bodies are small in stature, spindly and thin. Their heads are very large in proportion to their bodies, their chins narrow and pointed, with tiny mouths and nostrils that merge into their faces. They are the ‘Greys’, and their hands reach out urgently to seek their purposes in and within the bodies and body of all Humanity.
They are more. Much more. They are the tentacles of doom. They are the arms of Satan; for so long the talisman of all wrongs, of all evil, all sin in the history of Men. They creep wilfully, inexorably into the parlours of the damned and the innocent alike with a technology undreamed of on this Earth. They are Godhead to some among Man. They play with an unsuspecting world with castings of sugared contrivance, of coated reassuring sweetness. They form their armies, their spokesmen out of the body of our very humanity and they are placing their spawn unsuspected among the disbelieving legions of our world.

Flashes of rounded symmetry dance in a clear blue sky, announcing the demons’ forms in the geomancy of doom. Our doom. The doom of the human family. Homo Sapiens Sapiens. Hungry relentless shadows of grey, running in lighted discs, poised ready to feed on the souls of Mankind. Hidden routes, written in a wheat field, a cornfield here and there, boiling the collective mind of Mankind, silently fixing the places of God’s most salient touch — the wombs of womankind. Here they dally, womb upon womb, rifling the most precious locations in all the Universe with their dead spawn. Here they lie within the ignorance of an entire species, to write with their traces the schemes of an alien design that it might live again renewed. Within their singular centred curiosity they scale and scan the margins of Man with the measures of Succubi and Incubi — to transpose their fever in alien ways, and survive upon the blood of innocent human children born, and yet to be born.
‘There is something out there’ they exclaim, these agents that speak for them among Man. Inviting our disbelief. Yet not quite wanting to believe it themselves. Something inside them whispering that they dare not believe lest they see the horror of their predicament. ‘We don’t know what or who they are’ they say. They stand as blind guides that stare at a disc and swallow our humanity. It is all a salutation for fools. And so as fools, they stand their New Age resolves in the make-believe buffoonery of empty minds. They draw the blinds over our collective eyes and we all see darkly through the fog of their ignorance, and worst of all, their pretence and their subterfuge.
They have been with us from the beginning. These creatures of the dead Universe. Their bedding places were once upon a time the Learning Cradles of all our yesterdays — long before the present histories of Humankind. They have slept in these cradles — in our centres of civilization, uninvited parasites festering within our flesh for their place in an eternity beyond the atom. A place now long lost, their quest for a soul gone with the last of their once biologically living species. They now linger in a kind of permanence as machines, yearning to sleep in the eternity beyond the atom they can only remember through the points that drive their memory store. Bioids, Roboids, Androids, call them what you will, they seek their yesterdays too, somehow, somewhere, not quite knowing its

true meaning, because their creators could never write a program for the meaning of a soul. The meaning of that awesome, vital line that joins spirit-borne Being to the centre of all absolutes.
They can wait. They have the urgency of Clones. It is their only heritage. A thousand of our years, ten thousand, a hundred thousand. Theirs is not the urgency of the grave. Their time for lasting is measured in the width of the physical. The reins of atoms. Their returns are gauged and mortgaged in the sponge of mercury and silicon, not blood and bone. Their renewals lie within no tomb. ‘Bioblasts’ of ‘living’ plastic written in the legacy of the former of their kind that once could live in the halos beyond force, within conscience and thus love: they are the final reductions of such as this, leftovers lost and doomed to wander the thresholds of others’ dreams. Indeed, of those who may dream at all.

CHAPTER ONE:
THE ALIEN PHENOMENON
The words ‘Flying Saucer’ were first coined in 1947 in the USA. They were used to describe saucer-shaped discs of light and, some claim, craft that would fly at incredible speeds and be seen then, at that time, by many thousand witnesses, and in preceding y ears by many millions of people all round the world. It is claimed by many witnesses that these craft have landed and interactions and interplays have taken place between them and the beings that come in these craft. In truth, these claims have been made through the millennia and there is some telling evidence that cave drawings 40,000 years old depict the forms of alien beings that landed on this planet that long ago. The truth may well be that such visitations have been taking place for millions of years, and that the highways and by-ways of the Universe are roadways of exchange for all kinds of highly technologically advanced beings.
The earliest recorded sighting of Unidentified Flying Objects was during the reign of Pharaoh Thutmose III, about 1450 BC. According to a papyrus, ‘scribes found a circle of fire in the sky … It had no head, the breath of its mouth had a foul odour’. Over the next few days ‘they became more numerous in the sky’. There were many witnesses: ‘The army of the Pharaoh looked on with him in their midst’. This account is particularly interesting because it speaks of a ‘foul odour’. Many modern-day witnesses of alien craft report a terrible sulphurous smell that seems to be coming from the craft.
The Roman historian Livy described an ‘altar’ floating in the

surrounded by ‘men in white clothing’. While Pliny the Elder a ‘spark’ that fell from a star to earth, becoming as large as the Moon before returning skywards. He also wrote of lights in the sky called ‘night suns’. Julius Obsequens wrote in the fourth century AD about ‘ships in the sky over Italy’ that he alleged had been seen 500 years previous to his report. In Medieval Europe there are also historical accounts of UFOs. The Anglo-Saxon Chronicle for 793 AD tells of ‘terrible portents’ in Northumbria, with ‘fiery dragons flying through the air’. While in 1170, Ralph Niger described ‘a wonderfully large dragon’ that caused the ‘air’ to be ‘kindled into a fire and burnt a house’. The historian Matthew Paris writes of strange lights in the sky, and describes how, on New Year’s Day 1254 over St Albans, ‘there suddenly appeared in the sky a kind of large ship, elegantly shaped, well-equipped and of marvellous colour’.
There are many highly respected people who contend that we as a species, Homo Sapiens Sapiens, owe our existence to the genetic manipulation of genotypes of ape by these alien visitors that have been witnessed through the centuries. In this book, unlike others of its genre, I would like to examine some of the more important recent evidence that might affirm this proposition and correlate it with a historical perspective of social and religious beliefs. An astonishing story unfolds with startling repercussions pointed at the very bases and basis of human existence.
The chaotic Universe, by definition, is unpredictable and a fortuitous accident in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico, USA may have provided stunning evidence and exposed the physical existence of the alien beings here on this Earth. Despite denial and counter-denial over fifty years, it is now clear that an undoubted cover-up of this event was staged by the US government then. It is an event that is well known and I will allude to it later as certainly one of the most vivid encounters amongst countless others that have occurred through the millennia.
There has been a great deal written about the phenomenon of Flying Saucers and their occupants over the years, be they Greys, Yellows, Blues, or Greens. Whatever the label, it is undeniable to all but the hard core of cynics, or ‘conspirators of silence’, that something of awesome impact on and, I believe, against the body of Mankind has been going on through the centuries. In the light

of the whole UFO phenomenon as such, just too many witnesses, too many highly respected and respectable attestors have seen, experienced and been part of the phenomenon for us to deny its veracity as something genuine and tangibly real. Yet the difficulty of placing it beyond any doubt with hard evidence that is scientifically verifiable has been prodigious. What evidence there is has been, beyond doubt, hidden by the highest powers in government, particularly in the United States and what was previously the Soviet Union. In addition, it is dear the subjects of all this attention most certainly do not want to be found and do their best to keep it so.
The Greys are a species of alien being that are said to be visiting the Earth at this very moment in time. They are the subject of a great deal of excitement, discussion and speculation by millions of people around the world at the time of writing. A recent book by a pre-eminent Harvard Professor of Psychiatry contends that reports of kidnappings of human beings by these creatures may well be a real phenomenon and not the rantings of mentally disturbed imaginations. It has set the cat among the pigeons not only among Ufologists but also in the world of (particularly American) academia. Professor John Mack contends that the experiences of many abductees are genuine experiences, in no way attributable to mental illness. The stories come from individuals from diverse backgrounds. They are remarkably consistent tales of encounters with small Grey beings with huge dark eyes who immobilize their subjects and transport them to spacecraft where they are probed in a battery of tests that appear to involve a sexual and reproductive enterprise, with far-reaching implications for humanity.
What contemporary evidence do we have to suggest the intrusion of an alien intelligence on the affairs of the Earth? There are tens of thousands of anecdotal accounts of both close and far encounters with disc-shaped craft travelling at speeds well in excess of anything our fastest aircraft are capable of. There are also hundreds of accounts, again anecdotal, of human beings who have met and been ‘affected’ by alien beings in very close encounters, some of an intimate variety. Most of the anecdotal evidence is regarded as scientifically unproved because of its very nature, and rightly so. The nature, and circumstances of some of this type of evidence are very convincing. There are a large number of incidents reported by

reputable and reliable people, some of whom were doctors, pilots, engineers, scientists, and priests. I believe many of these accounts could be and should be taken very seriously and without incredulity. They are not, however, verifiable through the scientific processes that would render them affirmable beyond doubt. Yet there have been a few instances where actual proof of landings of craft and alien beings that have taken place was available and this physical evidence was later hidden and obscured by the authorities. One of the most famous is the Roswell incident. I write from a typical account that appeared in one of the more reputable journals claiming to investigate such an incident:
On the 7th July 1947 a spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin crashed in a remote region of the New Mexico desert, near the Roswell Air Force base. Parts of the damaged craft and a total of six alien beings, two of them still alive, were collected from the crash site and removed to secret destinations. The American Air Force in collusion with the local police began an extensive and elaborate denial and cover-up of the incident that has taken nearly fifty years to uncover and expose. In a deliberate and measured series of lies and misinformation the authorities in the Pentagon and other responsible military and governmental organizations hid the facts of the incident, threatening some witnesses with the loss of their lives. Until, eventually, the sheer volume of witness reports overwhelmed official inertia to reveal the truth of what had happened at Roswell, helped along by a sympathetic Congressman who opened up a can of worms, the repercussions of which have only just begun to be realized. A film taken at the time by one of the official cameramen purporting to be of the autopsy of two of these beings has grabbed world attention. The whole event, the details of which are extensively available for the interested reader, puts into perspective the size of the international conspiracy that seeks to hide the fact of the alien presence in our solar system.
The ‘creatures’ recovered from the Roswell crash site were described at autopsy as humanlike in appearance but the biological and evolutionary processes responsible for their development appear to have been quite different from those of Homo Sapiens.
