For example, the phrase &lsquo;humbug&rsquo;, often used by Scrooge, in our modern language would be close to the word &lsquo;scam&rsquo;.  It appears likely that Dickens, through the eyes of Scrooge, was expressing, as many do today, that Christmas is too commercialized.	Through this adaption, hopefully the audience will find themselves understanding the world of Dickens more, as well as his religious feelings about what Christmas is really all about.]]></description>
