Facing Me, page 17
“Do you want to come Camaron?” I ask, slowing my fingers. My thumb brushing over her clit, making her body jolt; burying her face in my chest, she just nods. “You have to tell me, Cam. Just think about it; if you scream everyone out there eating will hear you and know it was me making you feel this way.” I whisper against her ear, making her shudder. Her arousal coats my fingers, only making me ravenous for more.
Dropping to my knees, I yank her jeans and panties down to her knees; exposing her to me fully. Cam looks down briefly before her eyes flutter closed. “Watch,” I growl, “You’ll watch every second Cam, or I won’t let you come. I want you to see me plunge my tongue into that sweet pussy of yours and devour every single inch of it.” Her eyes open, instantly meeting mine. “And, if I see fit, you’ll scream the place down while I pull your orgasm from you. They all belong to me Camaron, every last fuckin’ one of them.” I bite out, my hands sliding up her thighs, slowly inching higher.
Leaning in, my tongue runs up her inner thigh, just shy of where she really wants it. My dick is so hard it is pounding against my zipper, begging to sink into her and give us both what we want. Cam moves her hips, pleading silently for me to give her my mouth, but she’s not quite frantic enough yet. I move my lips up along her pelvic bone, nipping with my teeth teasingly. I push her back against the wall then press kisses down the inside of her thigh. “Aiden, please,” she pants urgently, “I can’t take anymore.”
My fingers part her, my tongue grazing her clit. Cam’s body jumps, her body shuddering already with her approaching orgasm. I circle lazily with my tongue, long enough to let her stop trembling before plunging to fingers into her heat. My lips sucking her clit into my mouth; just as it pulses, I release it only to repeat the process over again. “Ah, Aiden, please let me come.” Camaron pants, her body clamping down on my fingers.
“Now.” I roar against her clit, sucking it into my mouth hard. My fingers pumping and twisting in her pussy as her climax slams through her body. Camaron bites her hand, to keep from screaming her release but I don’t let up. I rotate, licking and sucking, determined to drive her out of her mind. To remind her, without a doubt, who she belongs to, who deserves to claim every inch of her for the rest of her life. Determined to push her farther than she ever has been before, by anyone else. Jealousy eating at my gut, yet I know no one has ever brought her to the heights that I have. No one ever will. Cam and I were made for each other, we are perfectly balanced. I could almost come without her touching me right now, just taking every last drop of her cum is better than any nameless chick I’ve ever banged. Her legs shake, knees buckling under the strain, but I hold her against the wall until the only sounds in the room are her harsh breaths and whimpering.
*Camaron*
Coming down from my orgasm, I stare blankly at Aiden. He stands only to slam his mouth over mine, it’s rough and demanding. Whatever is going through his head right now isn’t good. He is feeling insecure for some reason; but all I want to do is reassure him that everything is okay. Aiden presses against me, his tongue diving into my mouth so that I can taste myself on him. Breaking the kiss, Aiden just looks at me with a wicked grin. “It’s not every day I get to eat dessert first.” He says, smacking his lips together.
Turning to the sink, he yanks some paper towels from the holder before washing his face and hands. I straighten myself up and right my clothes just in time for him to toss his towels in the trash. Aiden steps up to me, searching my eyes. I’m unable to move, pinned by his stare. “If I knew no one would come back here looking for us, I’d bend your sexy ass over that changing table and claim you over and over again Camaron.” He says, toying with a strand of my hair. “Too bad, we don’t have time for that. Until then, remember who you belong to.” He kisses me, softly on the lips confusing me all the more.
“Of course I know who I belong to Aiden. What’s going on?” I ask, but all he does is run his thumb over my lips. His expression is unreadable, except something almost sad lingering in his eyes.
“You’ve let someone else kiss these since you left me, haven’t you Camaron?” He asks, his voice barely a whisper.
The shock hits me like a slap across the face. That’s what this is all about? He is jealous of kisses when he expected me to be okay with him sticking his dick to random sluts at every tour stop? Oh hell no. I shove at him, anger coursing through my body. “Oh, so I kissed a guy to feel something, anything, other than the pain of losing you.” I scream, in frustration. “I was trying to move on Aiden, but I couldn’t! You wouldn’t leave my head or my heart.” Getting up in his face, I bite back my tears. “All it did was prove I couldn’t feel this with anyone else but you, you asshole!” I blurt, gesturing between us.
“Who was it?” He growls, stepping back into my space. “Who did you run to thinking he could soothe the ache I leave you with Cam? No one will ever be enough for either of us, that’s why we can’t be apart.” His mouth presses into a hard line, while he watches my eyes. “I never gave any bitch my kiss Cam. Never.” He grounds out. “That is an intimacy I only give you. I let you in, but even if you didn’t sleep with anyone, they got something I wanted only for myself.” Aiden’s thumb runs along my mouth, tracing my bottom lip. “Our first kiss wasn’t your last first kiss, but it should’ve been.”
“Aiden, it was just a kiss. It only solidified you irreplaceable in my mind; in my heart.” I whisper against his thumb.
He just shakes his head, sadness invading his features. “You just don’t get it Cam. I never wanted to claim someone’s mouth the way that I did yours that first night we met. The moment I saw you I had to posses you; ruin you for everyone else, just as you did me. It hurts to know that you didn’t hold that as sacred as I did. Is being here to fix me part of your job too? Gotta take care of poor wounded Aiden?”
“You’re an ass if you think that’s all this is.” I murmur, with a laugh. “Listen, I’m sorry for my end of things. I know now that I should have never left you, but I wouldn’t be as sure of everything we can be together, now, if I hadn’t. I saw pictures of all the other women you flirted with, it only made me stronger in myself. Knowing that you weren’t giving them what you gave to me. They didn’t get Aiden in private like I did.” His eyes widen, while he processes my words. “You can sulk and be pissy that I kissed Luke, but know this, Aiden. Both of us fucked up and parted ways. We’ve both made mistakes that we can’t change. All we can do is move forward; either together or apart. You know what I want, now get your damn head on straight and figure out what you want. It should be enough to know that I’m here now. I sure as shit am not here just for the damn job, it was never about just doing a JOB!” I shout and walk out of the bathroom leaving him standing there.
In the hallway, I close my eyes and lean against the wall. Knowing that what I said was an ultimatum. I’ve left the choice of our future in Aiden’s hands. He can choose to end this right now between us, but could I just walk away if he did? Would I give him up again, this time for good? I know Aiden is hurt. I understand what he is saying, but I got text messages from Daisy. Aiden kissing another woman not long after they left Vegas, then more of him pouring on the charm to groupies. At the time it had hurt, more than I could describe. Now, it just pisses me off. Is this Aiden’s way of playing a double standard? It’s okay for him to do what he wants, but I’m off limits to anyone but him. “I guess kisses from diner waitresses don’t count.” I mutter sarcastically at the image of Aiden in my head. “Forgot about that shit didn’t you?”
“I kissed her cheek to make you jealous. I was so sure you would come back to me; when you did, I just screwed it up.” Aiden’s words make me jump. My eyes fly open to see him standing just out of my reach in the hall, watching me with regret etching his features. “Cam,” He starts, “There’s a lot of shit that I did wrong.” Reaching out, he grabs my hand, “Way more than I can ever begin to apologize for, but please don’t give up on me.”
The breath lodges in my throat. Is that what he thinks, that I could just walk away without another word? “A lot has happened, Aiden, neither of us was ready for a relationship.” His breath hitches at my words, I know he wants to argue that point, but he doesn’t. It kills me to be the voice of reality, but it’s true. There has been so much left unsaid between us that I don’t want to have any secrets between us anymore, the thoughts lingering in my head, have to come out. “So much has happened and one, or both, of us could want out tomorrow. I don’t know what the future holds for us, Aiden; I do know that I’m not ready to stop fighting for this. Being apart from you hurt so badly, I can’t even imagine feeling that way again and surviving it. I don’t want to look back on my life and ask ‘what if’.”
“I love you Cam, and I know all of this isn’t easy. Hell, I’m not easy; but God I want this with you. I want to wake up, wherever I am, knowing that it’s you sleepin’ beside me. Shaft is my career and up until one night in a bar, it was my life. I love it, but you are my dream. That night in New Orleans, everything changed but I didn’t really know how much at the time. You’re my future and I’ll do whatever it takes to prove that to you.” His lips brush over mine, softly. My hands fist in his shirt, kissing him back with everything I have. Everything that he just said to me, hits my heart, shattering it to the core. Aiden doesn’t sugar coat shit with pretty words; that first night he didn’t try to sweep me off my feet with smooth lines or promises. He is blunt and to the point, that’s why this rocks me to my core. What I want to do is pull back, tell him I love him too. I want to say that I’ll never leave him. That no matter what happens he is stuck with me because I wouldn’t be whole unless I was with him, but a loud crash from the dining room makes both of us run toward the table.
“I know you took it,” Hunter growls across the table waving his fork around like a knife. “I have no problem going to jail over defending my bacon.”
“Hunter,” I shriek, reaching the table. “What the hell are you doing? We aren’t even halfway to Macon and you’ve done nothing but cause trouble. Can’t you sit down and chill out for one damn day?” I huff, sitting in my chair where my food sits next to Aiden’s untouched.
Everyone looks around at the scene before us; Hunter wielding a damn fork, Mack’s wide eyed expression, but I keep calm. I mean if everyone goes as crazy as Hunter the world would be in chaos. “You’re being ridiculous, there’s more in the damn kitchen. If I order you more, will you sit your ass down and behave like an adult please?” I ask, as if pleading with a rebellious child.
Just like I figured, Hunter rights his chair before sitting down to dive into the rest of his food. “More bacon is always the best way to end disputes.” He blurts around a mouthful of fries. “You’re such a great problem solver,” pointing his fork at me, he grins, “this is what we were missing when Tad-tastic was running things. Cam is so hands on.” He chuckles.
“No hands, Cunter, but I’ve got a finger for ya.” I quip, flipping him off. “Henry can you go see about getting him his weight in bacon before we leave?” I ask, “I have a feeling we’re going to need it.”
“I don’t like the pussy ridin’ along on this trip, Henry. I say we text that tiny bitch you’ve been puttin’ it to while we’ve been coolin’ our heels in Nashville and get her to meet us in Macon.” Hunter teases, when Aiden sits down wrapping his arm around the back of the chair.
Henry lifts his shades to the top of his head, meeting him with an angry stare. “Listen very carefully, Katheryn is not a bitch for you to mess around with. Man, I love you like a brother so I’ll lay this out straight for you,” leaning in closely, he grins. “She thinks you’re gay.”
“You’re full of shit!” He shouts, spitting fries onto the table. “Women would revolt if I switched teams.”
Henry tosses his hands up, with a shrug. “Hey, she just made an observation last night. I’ll give her this much, the lady can present a convincing case. I better get shit paid up if we’re ever gonna get to Macon by tonight. You guys all need a night out before the show tomorrow to unwind with all this stress shit.”
“Last night?” Aiden asks, after inhaling a chicken tender in one bite. “What did you do, leave her tied to the bed while we were up in Daisy and Gray’s suite?” Henry just chuckles and shakes his head, heading up to the front to settle the bill.
“Damn, he finds all the good bitches. Wait,” Hunter says jumping up, running after him. “I should get a blow job or something, I gave her to you!”
I giggle, making Aiden turn and arch a brow at me. “Even though I know he’s straight and that Henry is fuckin’ with him... I still gotta say Hunter isn’t helpin’ his case by runnin’ after Henry, begging for a blowjob, while wearing a bikini top. When a girl finally nails him to the wall, I’m going to enjoy watchin’ this shit play out.” Aiden laughs, but I can’t help thinking about Chase and the hurt in her eyes earlier this morning.
Daisy lays her head on the table. “What’s wrong Wildflower?” Grayson asks, when she groans.
“I’m not gonna puke. I’m not gonna puke.” She chants, her voice muffled by her arms.
“Aw Sweets,” I pout sadly. “Is it really that bad?”
Gray’s eyes meet mine in a rush, shaking his head furiously. That must have been a bad idea, because Daisy looks up at me, resting her chin on her crossed arms. “Yes, Cam, it is really that bad. No one tells you morning sickness lasts all day, and into the night sometimes. They also don’t inform you that you crave things so badly you’d sell your soul for them. Or how once you get them, just the smell of it makes you so sick you heave until you can’t stand without your husband helping you to your feet.”
“Cravings are a new development.” Gray says, rubbing slow circles into her back. “The one thing she wanted, Henry brought her last night for dinner, but she spent most of the night throwing it back up.”
“Aw, well I think I’ll get Tuesday to find you a good doctor so you can get checked out again before the fest and ease everyone’s mind.” I reply, patting her hand across the table. I don’t say it, but I know all the added stress of Tad jumping bond isn’t helping her either. There is no way I’m telling her about the phone call, no reason for her to worry unless I see a legitimate problem.
Hunter walks around the corner carrying a carryout box full of bacon. “Big Man said to load up, we’re all done here.” He mumbles cramming bacon into his mouth. Mack walks around the table, heading straight for him. Hunter slams the box shut, “None for you, bacon thief. My luck, we’d share a cell; you for pork theft and me for stabbing you in the sac with my fork. I say we compromise, you stay the hell away from my bacon and I won’t ruin your chances to reproduce.” He tosses out.
Mack laughs, “And here I thought we were going to be lifelong girlfriends that paint our nails and have pillow fights.” He teases, flicking the tie around his neck.
“ERMEGHERD!” A squeaky voice squeals from the counter. “Hunter Chesterfield, it’s you! It’s really you!” A scrawny man runs around the counter, launching himself at Hunter so fast he barely has time to sit his bacon down on the table. “I can’t believe it. You came for me, honey! I knew you would. Our love doesn’t have to be a secret I share only with your magazine clippings and the cardboard cutouts I made anymore.”
“Um, I’m sorry man. I need space. It’s not me, um it’s you.” Hunter says, as the guy paws all over him. “You gotta back up; damn bro.”
The guy is nearly hyperventilating with excitement. “I get off in about ten minutes and then you and I,” He purrs running his hand along Hunter’s jaw. “We can go somewhere and get acquainted.”
Diving for his bacon, Hunter runs for the door, his eyes bugging out of his head. “Sorry man, gotta take a rain check. I got this show, um, and this thing. Like, um now and stuff.” He shouts flying out the door, running straight for the bus.
The guy walks over to Henry who hands him a wad of cash. “Worth every penny, thanks man.”
Shoving the money into his back pocket, he nods. “Anytime, the look on his face was worth doing it for free. Scared his ass so bad his dick is probably hiding in his belly button. My wife will never believe this.” He chuckles, heading back to the kitchen.
Looking at Henry, I roar with laughter, everyone else follows along with me. “That was all a joke?” I ask, walking toward the door. “That was awesome!”
“Two hundred bucks is well worth the fact he was being an asshole.” Henry shrugs, earning him a fist bump from all the guys, even Mack. “Sometimes, we just have to bring him back to Earth and I like to get creative. We should be good until the fest. Then that fucker’s head will swell up big time.”
“Maybe we should fly the guy up to Nashville.” Mack teases, gesturing back to the diner as we all walk through the parking lot.
“Nah, I’ve got a better idea, just in case.” Henry says, before looking at Daisy with a wink. Oh shit, I can only imagine what these two have cooking. The thought enters my head, and I can’t quite dismiss it. Could they? Yeah. Would they? Yeah, probably. Did they? Hmm, most damned likely.
“Daisy, I think I’ve pretty much figured out that you were plotting to get Aiden and I back together, but who else was in on it?” I ask, looking around at everyone.
Henry blushes, completely giving away his guilt. “Glad you two are sortin’ your shit, but I wasn’t in on anything Cam.” Gray says shaking his head, “Hunter, the man of romance, though I won’t rat him out, but yeah. One of the masterminds, right in there,” he says, pointing to the bus.
“Traitor,” Daisy hisses, “I can’t believe you’re ratting us all out! I should totally make you sleep in the shower stall tonight, Grayson Cole.” She huffs swinging the door open to the bus. “I can’t believe it. Fix everyone’s problems, give him pussy and blow jobs all in between puking and managing a damn band; here he throws a bitch under the bus first chance he gets. Unbelievable!” She mutters to herself climbing the steps. Walking over she slumps into Hunter’s chair, yanking the handle, she reclines her feet while we all file onto the bus.
