Sneak Peek: Party Toy for 2 Men

  About the Author

  ABOUT THIS BOOK

Jemima: I want to be naughty, so I sign up for an event called the “Virgin Hunt.” Except that this isn’t a figure of speech because it’s the real thing. A handsome man goes out into a field and hunts down a bunch of smiling, giggling girls. What I didn’t expect? That Zane Cathcart would catch me … before pinning me down and making me moan.

  * * *

Zane: I savor the club’s Virgin Hunts. I appreciate seeing women’s curves fly as their long hair streams in the breeze. I like watching them giggle as their rumps shake, before finally tackling one or two of the sweet things. But of course, the hunt doesn’t stop there because this pursuit was designed with a purpose in mind. There’s a particularly pretty brunette this year with a big smile and voluptuous figure, and if everything goes according to plan, then she’ll be pregnant by the time this hunt is done.

  * * *

This is a follow-up to Party Toy for 2 Men. Jemima’s determined to find her way to New York City, but when she arrives, she gets the shock of her life because Club Sanctum is everything she envisioned and more. We ain’t in Kansas anymore, Toto! Strap on your seatbelts for a wild ride … or don’t because the hunt is ON. No cheating, no cliffhangers, and always a HEA for my readers.

  * * *

I flop down on my bed in nothing but a towel and answer a video call from my best friend, Corrie.

“Did you just get out of the shower?” she asks immediately, squinting her pretty brown eyes at me.

I laugh. “Yeah, you got me.”

She giggles, throwing back a handful of curly brown hair.

“You could’ve gotten dressed and called me back, Jem. It’s okay.”

  I merely shrug and grin.

“Why bother? You’ve seen me in less clothing. My bikini doesn’t cover nearly as much as this towel, so actually, you’re seeing less than if we were at the pool.”

“That’s a good point,” my buddy nods. “Touche.” But then at that moment her daughter, Nora, climbs up into her lap and giggles, waving at the camera with her chubby arms.

I wave back. “Hi, sweet girl! Aunty Jemima loves you!”

Corrie bounces the baby on her knee. “Nora loves her aunty, too. Say hi, Nor-Nor.” I giggle because the baby looks just like my older brother, Justin. In an interesting turn of events, Corrie fell in love with two men simultaneously: my older brother, Justin, and another eligible bachelor, Cameron. From what I understand, Cameron and Justin were butting heads at first, but now the threesome’s settled into a comfortable little family, and they’re raising a baby girl together. It’s wonderful, and I actually love being a sister to my best friend.

But of course, Nora’s the star of the show.

“Jemmy!” the baby squeals, throwing her hands up while bopping back with her head to smack Corrie in the face.

“Ouch!” my friend squeals while covering her nose. But then, we both laugh.

“OMG, Nora is so cute,” I coo while doing a small finger wave into the camera. “I really miss her, and I need to come visit soon.”

After all, when Corrie got pregnant, Justin and Cameron decided to sell their places in Prescott, Wyoming, and to move to a ranch where they’d have more space. As a result, the three of them live in a huge, sprawling property thirty minutes from town. But they’re not roughing it by any means. Instead, the ranch has every amenity known to man, and my friend’s ensconced in the utmost luxury. But it must be quiet out there because Corrie nods then, her expression earnest.

“Please come and visit, Jem. Justin’s been talking about how you haven’t been around lately, and I know he misses you.”

  I raise an eyebrow.

“Yeah, but I had lunch with him like a week ago.”

“I know, but you know your brother. He cares about you.”

  I giggle.

“More like he’s worried I’m going to run off to New York City to attend a Sanctum party if he doesn’t keep an eye on me.”

My friend titters while bouncing her baby on her knee.

“Okay, maybe that, but his concerns are valid, aren’t they? I mean, ever since I told you how we went to that Sanctum event, you’ve been really interested.”

My buddy’s referring to a play party she and her lovers attended before the baby was born. It was organized by a super-secret group in NYC called Sanctum which organizes a lot of spicy events. And Corrie’s right because I’d love to find out more, and maybe even go to a party myself. But she’s never gotten into the nitty-gritty’s, which only piques my interest more.

“I don’t know,” I demur. “You haven’t told me much about the party like I keep asking you to. Come on Cor, spill the beans. I know something happened.”

Corrie shifts Nora to her other knee and sighs.

“You know plenty about the party already. I told you about it when we first came back.”

“Yeah, but I feel like you’re not revealing something. My brother too. You guys are so tight-lipped about the whole thing, and why?”

My friend rolls her eyes. “It was a sex party, Jem. I’m not sure how much I should be telling you about that.”

I bounce in my seat with excitement.

“Yes, but that’s exactly why it’s juicy! I mean, extravagant sex parties for wealthy men where everyone’s basically in a big room together hooking up? OMG, details girl, details.”

But my friend stays curiously mum.

“Nothing really happened,” she says in vague terms. “I mean, nothing that you wouldn’t read about in one of your romance novels. In fact, I’m sure those things are plenty spicy right there.”

  I merely sigh.

“It’s because my brother was there, right? So you don’t want to get into it, and I understand. Trust me, I don’t want to think about Justin naked because it’s gross,” I acknowledge. “But yeah, my love life’s been nonexistent so I need the excitement. I’d love to go to a Sanctum party myself,” I say in a devilish tone.

Corrie snorts and doesn’t take the bait, instead continuing to bobble Nora on her knee.

“Yes, but I don’t think it’s the kind of excitement you’re looking for. I literally got abducted at the party, remember? I know I didn’t leave out that part.”

I merely wave my hand in the air in a dismissive gesture.

“Oh that! What happened to you was terrible, but it was just an outlier. I mean, they found out that your abductor lied his way into the club, right? He was a relative of one of the new security guards, and there was no background check. So I’m sure it won’t happen again.”

My friend shoots me a pointed look.

“You’re probably the only person who talks about an abduction that way,” Corrie says in a dry tone. “Seriously, Jem.”

  But then I go solemn.

“I am glad you’re okay, Corrie. I’m so thankful Justin and Cameron were there to save you because I could kill that guy for hurting you. But now, we have Nora as a result.”

It’s true too because experiencing that trauma cemented the bond between Justin, Cameron, and Corrie, and pushed them formalize their relationship. Now, the baby is the best thing that’s happened to my family in a long time, and my buddy nods.

“Yes, but I don’t know about Sanctum anymore. I guess it’s not just about what happened. I guess I have a family now, and maybe I’ve moved past the need for that kind of excitement.”

I laugh. “Have Justin and Cameron moved on too?”

Corrie shrugs. “In some ways, yes. In some ways, no. I mean, we’re certainly inventive in bed, if that’s what you’re asking.”

  I shush her immediately.

“Ugh! I don’t need to know about my brother’s sex life, so don’t tell me. But I’m happy for you, girl. You look better than ever as a new mom, and you’re practically glowing.”

Corrie giggles, her cheeks going pink.

“Thanks Jem. And trust me, you’ll find what I have someday. Plus, you don’t have to go to one of those parties to get it, I promise.”

  I nod.

“I know, and I appreciate that you care about me and you want me to be safe. But still, it sounds fun!”

Corrie rolls her eyes again as Nora starts to fuss. “Okay, I know you’re not going to listen. Besides,
I should go put my daughter down for her nap because gets grumpy if she doesn’t sleep midday.”

“Same, Nora. Same,” I coo into the camera while waving once more at the baby. My buddy smiles down tenderly at her little girl.

“You know, I might lie down with the baby. Raising a child is difficult. Seriously, it takes a village.”

  I smirk.

“And that’s why you have two men by your side. It’s not a village, but we’re getting there, right? Have you thought of taking on more husbands? That way you could be like one of those Mormon families, but with one woman and a bunch of guys. Ooooh! Reality TV, here we come.”

  Corrie rolls her eyes again.

“Seriously, Jem, you are so crazy. And Mormons have disavowed polygamy, so polygamy is the exception and not the rule.”

  I shrug sassily.

“Well, then you could start your own religion and take ten husbands just for the heck of it. We’d call it The Church of the Latter-Day Corries.”

My buddy laughs while slinging the baby over her shoulder.

“Okay, okay, you crazy girl. I have to go. Besides, I know you’re not going to listen to me. You’re going to find your way to a Sanctum event no matter what I say.”

  I smile breezily.

“Maybe. Maybe not. But I do have some vacation time saved up and airline miles on my credit card. Why not give it a shot?”

“Just be careful,” Corrie says, suddenly going serious. “Let me know if you do go. Don’t hide because we won’t judge you. And always remember to use protection and be safe.”

  I giggle. “Thanks, Mom.”

She smiles, but it’s a serious smile.

“I love you, Jem, and I care about you. I should probably go, though.”

“Love you, too. Tell Justin I’ll call him later, and tell Cameron that I said hi.”

“Will do,” my friend waves before blowing me a kiss. “Bye now.”

We hang up and I let out a happy sigh. It always puts me in a good mood to talk with my buddy, even if Corrie’s a busy mom now. In the meantime, Sanctum. She was right because I do want to attend a party desperately, and there’s nothing to stop me.

With that, I find my laptop next to my bed and adjust myself so I’m leaning against the headboard. Hmm. Typing in the name, I see that Sanctum has a fancy website with a black background and elegant script font. There aren’t any photos of course, because they’re very discreet, but overall, the impression is one of exclusivity. However, they do have a calendar that shows upcoming events. Quickly, I scroll through. There’s a party on a Thursday this week, which is out of the question, and then another one the Saturday a little over two weeks from now. I check my schedule. Perfect. I have nothing planned, so I search for a flight online and then press “purchase.”

After the airline tickets arrive in my inbox, I stare at them, a little in shock. My pulse is racing and my cheeks feel a little hot because holy cow, am I really doing this? Am I flying all the way to NYC to attend a play party on my own? God knows how it’s going to turn out, but the butterflies in my stomach promise a load of fun. After all, what could go wrong? I’m a sexy, sassy woman ready to play, and this change in scenery is exactly what I need.

  * * *

I’m wearing my best lingerie under my dress, and I’m ready to nail my interview today. After all, no one can just show up unannounced at a Sanctum event, so I got lucky and was able to schedule an interview almost immediately after I touched down in NYC.

I look down at myself. Am I dressed appropriately? The knee length pencil skirt and white blouse are very professional, yet alluring at the same time. My curly brown hair waves over my shoulders, and I have high heels on, the black patent shiny in the afternoon sun. I guess I’m going for the sexy secretary look, and I hope it works.

But when I stop in front of the address they gave me, I see that it’s a huge office building made of concrete and steel. This can’t be right. This is the headquarters for a sex party organization, so how can it look so boring? I double check the information, but sure enough, I’m in the right place.

“The inside must be better,” I mutter under my breath. I push through the revolving door and find a drab lobby with saggy potted plants, greige walls, and a bored receptionist playing on her phone.

I straighten my shoulders. “Hi, I’m here for Sanctum HQ. Can you please point me in the right direction?”

The receptionist chomps on her gum as she looks me up and down. Evidently, I must not be very interesting because she barks, “Fourth floor,” before turning back to her game. Okay fine.

The elevator is directly across from the entrance, and I step inside the drab grey box. Surely, the lobby was just an aberration right? Sanctum HQ will be some kind of boudoir or a dark, sexy room with candles and heavy incense. The sex club has to hide what they’re doing from the outside, but behind closed doors, it’ll be exactly what I’m expecting.

But when I reach the fourth floor, I step out to find more of the same beige walls and blah interior. There’s a glass door with Sanctum HQ is etched on the clear surface, and I take a deep breath when entering. Disappointingly, there are no sexy people dressed in corsets with whips in their hands. Instead, a young woman greets me with a Crest-white smile and bobbling ponytail.

“Hi, you must be Jemima. Welcome.”

“Yes, that’s me. I’m excited to be here.”

“Let me bring you to Melissa. She’ll be interviewing you. Just give me one sec.”

The receptionist speaks into her headset and then shoots me a welcoming grin. “Just follow me.”

I nod and follow the perky woman down a hallway and then into an interior conference room. There are no windows, although I do notice the security camera mounted on the back ceiling.

“Melissa will be with you shortly. Please, take a seat,” the receptionist gestures before disappearing with a merry wave.

I smooth my skirt and take a deep breath before sitting. There’s nothing weird about this place at all, and to be honest, I’m wondering if I’ve gotten everything wrong. But at that moment, an older woman sporting a sleek bob and perfect makeup knocks on the door frame. She’s dressed in a very-expensive looking maroon suit with matching heels.

“Welcome to Sanctum HQ, Jemima,” she purrs. “I’m Melissa Watson.”

I stand and shake her hand. “Thanks for seeing me today, Ms. Watson.”

She nods while sitting and lets out a throaty laugh.

“Well, we’re always eager to meet pretty young things who express an interest in our club. I must ask, how did you hear of us?”

I smile. “Well, my sister-in-low came to a party here and I’ve been fascinated by it ever since. She had a great time. Maybe you know her? Her name is Corrie McNeil.”

Melissa gives me a measured smile. “Yes, we’re familiar with Corrie. Her experience here was quite unfortunate, but I assure you it was an aberration. I’m glad it hasn’t dissuaded you from interviewing with us. But I have a few questions I’ll need to ask. Is that okay?”

I nod. “Definitely. Go right ahead.”

“When was your last physical?” the older woman queries.

I scrunch my brow and think. “Uh, about six months ago. I get them every year and I was perfectly fine.”

Melissa nods and marks something down on her sheet. “Good, good. And were you tested for STDs at that time?”

“Uh no, but I was tested at my last gyno appointment. That was about eight months ago.”

“Any results I should know about?”

I shake my head. “Everything was clear. I’m as fit and healthy as a horse.”

Melissa nods and marks a couple more things down on her notebook, which she keeps angled away from me so I can’t read what she’s writing. Then she looks up, her brown eyes calm.
