The rain and snow lessened.
“Thank you… thank you.” Kiba coughed out.
“Don’t mention it. We wouldn’t leave you behind, even if you’re crazy and mean sometimes.” Rahim looked down at Selena’s unconscious body; he propped her up against the side of the saddle and placed a blanket over her. Wincing from the sight, he carefully wrapped up her severed arm. “We were there. Snowhaven… no, the whole Empire, has fallen.” Rahim looked at Kiba. “What are we going to do now?”
The two looked outward as Thor flew into the dark and stormy horizon.
