All I had on him was he was some odd guy with a constant creepy and amused smile on his face, and he'd been watching me. Who was I to talk though? I'd seen that smile before. On TV and in the paper, on my own face.
"You don't know? What did he want?"
I shrugged. It was probably best not to say anything to Chayton until I figured out what I was dealing with.
